古いビルですが概ね手入れが行き届いています。広くてコスパは良いと思います。 Good Point ・駅近・ファミリーマートが目の前・コインパーキングが目の前・ヤマトのセンターまで徒歩2分・エレベータあり（段差少ない）・水回りの清掃がほぼ完璧 Bad Point ・カーテンがドレープのみ（しかも一部寸足らずで外が見える）・居室の照明が白色蛍光灯（せめて電球色にして欲しい）・前面道路の車通りが結構気になる。・洗濯機の糸くずが残ったままだった。
