駅からは遠いが町中のため近くに飲食店や七日町ルルタスなどがあり便利だったし清潔感があって心地よかった。早めに到着したのですぐ隣の提携駐車場に停められたが遅かったらどうなったのかなと心配になった。ホテルの前の道は狭いが一方通行になっていて焦らず通行できた。まっすぐ行くと文翔館に突き当たる途中にあるのでホテルも見つけやすかった。

朝食がとても美味しかったです。シンプルなおかずが多いです。特に芋煮はとても美味しかったです。部屋も広いですし、清潔でした。ただ、施設が古いせいか、洗面台及びバスタブともに、排水が良くないようです。山形駅からは遠いですが、コミュニティバスの停留所が近くにあるようです。

Very friendly staff. Lovely setting. Close to supermarket and cafes. We felt very welcome. Bathroom fittings were very old, some mould in the grouting that could not be cleaned. Water pressure was excellent though.

Room nice and big with all the essentials although quite dated in terms of design. 15 minute walk from the station. Wouldn't mind staying here again

客室施設は外観よりも古い感じで、清潔感はあるけれど設備は古い感じです。今回5月の利用でしたが、季節外れな猛暑にも関わらず室内の空調が室内管理できず、起床時大変不快でした。フロントにたずねたところ、送風にしかなっていないとのこと。室内にはOFF.MID.LOWのダイヤルしか付いておらず、温度管理はできませんでした。このご時世で室内で温度管理ができないのは、いかがなものかと。星2つの理由です。
