This hotel is awesome! Warm and friendly staff! Definitely will come back again!

This hotel never disappoints! It has excellent service, a beautiful interior and also a lovely pool for the kids. My room was perfect in every way and the staff were extremely welcoming and attentive It's also a minute's walk to Sands Casino where, apart from the Casino, you can find free shuttle buses that can take you and your family all over Macau.

The location was fantastic, making it convenient to explore the old Macau city. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The facilities were great and offer everything that I need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the property was excellent and ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment throughout my stay.

Relaxing

Staff is nice enough to upgrade us to the ocean view. Only issue is some part of the hotel and room are a bit under maintenance.

lovely stay once again! this time I brought my whole family along. the hotel was so nice to have prepared a welcome spread of yummy Portuguese wine and almond cookies and fruit platter, with a handwritten welcome card too~ I feel very special and welcome. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. the fruits were even replenished daily and that was really sweet of them. will surely return again and try the spas and their high tea! only thing that i'd like to feedback is the beds are too soft so if they can have the option of a harder bed topper, it would be great! also love that they started a shuttle service to get to the HKZM bridge so i can go back conveniently especially since i am flying back from HK instead of Macau this time round. The staff are wonderful. Doormen are very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff Brittany was very meticulous and checked the info for us for fear that we'd face complications for our returning flight. Ariel helped us to settle in nicely as well. I am super happy that I chose to come back to Artyzen :)

Great location, easy to access to Guia Hill tunnel and to town centre

Nice hotel

Outstanding level of service. The concierge, Edgar, was the friendliest hotel staff member that we’ve ever met. We stayed for 3 days and the high level of attention and friendliness never dropped for an instant. The Thai restaurant is incredible and the bar serves superb cocktails.

Look a bit old outside, but the room is newly renovated and so convenient with the design interior, service and facilities.

Great resort! Our kids loved the pool and the kids club. Room was fantastic and the welcome plate of cookies and fruit was a pleasant surprise. We managed to get around with the free shuttle buses and city buses. For the value, it was incredible. Would definitely go back.

The service team did a great job! The hotel gave me a warm welcome with free red wine and daily fruit supply!

Clean, staff are friendly

We arrived 1-2 hours early but Staff was still able to assign us an open room when we asked. We were walked to our rooms, and the breakfast buffet was not bad. The location of the Artyzen is perfect as we used the shuttles in front of the hotel and also next door at Sands. There's also supermarkets and restaurants nearby in walking distance. When asked, Staff also provided recommendations.

It is good location, and the staff are friendly, great service also. The only drawback is that my room is a little dusty.
