- Early check-in and late check-out are unavailable during peak season
- Host will meet up guest during check-out. Punctuality is crucial during check-out as a respect and consideration to next arrival guest on the same day
- Swimming pool & gym are located at ground floor from 8am to 9pm daily
- Offering transportation services to / from Kuala Lumpur International Airport with surcharge

~ What guest should do: -
- Take off the shoes while in the premise
- Tone down voice after 10pm as a respect to our neighbors’ peace and privacy
- Wrap the rubbish and unused items properly before check-out and throw to big garbage can next to lift at existing floor
- Smoking is only allowed at both balconies
- Prepare clothes detergent for washer purpose
- Only light cooking and foods heat up are allowed
- Host will not be liable for any losses or damages caused to guests’ belongings
- Host will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, or misadventures
- Make sure property items are within place. Host reserved the right to claim from guest if unit amenities found lost or damaged, the claim as per receipt
