Punctuality is crucial during check-out as a respect and consideration to next arrival guest on the same day - Swimming pool & gym are located at ground floor from 8am to 9pm daily - Offering transportation services to / from Kuala Lumpur International Airport with surcharge ~ What guest shouldn’t do: - - Smoking in the unit - Durian & Jackfruit - Pet - Party - Music & noise at full blast - Heavy cook - BBQ - Immoral & Illegal activities - Early check-in & late check-out without permission ~ What guest should do: - - Take off the shoes while in the premise - Tone down voice after 10pm as a respect to our neighbors’ peace and privacy - Wrap the rubbish and unused items properly before check-out and throw to big garbage can next to lift at existing floor - Smoking is only allowed at both balconies - Prepare clothes detergent for washer purpose - Only light cooking and foods heat up are allowed - Host will not be liable for any losses or damages caused to guests’ belongings - Host will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, or misadventures - Make sure property items are within place. Host reserved the right to claim from guest if unit amenities found lost or damaged, the claim as per receipt
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia.
