Always stay here when In malaca.

The hotel room includes the staff & location is really good and easy. Close to historical places. Only room service is slow, we have to call several times.

I always stay at this hotel if I come to Malaka.

The air conditioning in room 321 was not even cold in the afternoon. It just blowing normal air. I informed the staff, and they went up to fix it, but it was still the same. At night, then it started to chill down after 8pm as maybe the sun went down. As for the bathing part, the water spray was kind of broken. I think the hotel was trying to cut costs by turning off the air conditioning in the main lobby as well. The kids pool running water was turned off until you informed them, then they turned it on. The kids pool was kind of run down; You will feel alone even during the weekend, like those in the Chinese Huanted movie.

This is actually my second time staying here. Previously it was in 2021. Staffs are friendly either from front desk, maintenance team, security guards, kitchen and restaurant team. Parking feels abit secured because i can park inside the building which are located in 1st and 2nd floor. It is a free parking. Check-in was smooth. I was given the parking coupon. The room was nice and i even reported the toilet bidet having problems to the front desk then within few minutes the maintenance team arrived which is for me a quick response. The hotel location for me is strategic because family mart and 99 speedmart are in front of the hotel. You can walk to dataran pahlawan mall, pahlawan walk, a famosa, menara tamingsari and up until menara jam and jonker walk area. The breakfast was actually really good and lots of options to choose. Happy with my stay here and keep up the good work.

Hotel is excellent abd very worthy with money.

The food is delicious but not expecting more.

No complaint. So closed to river of Malacca, integrated with Mall, near to Jongker. Best place in Malacca.
