I have a great stay at Cosmo Hotel. The location is very good, near Petaling Street and easy to get food. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the Housekeeping Manager, Mr. Richard who has helped to make my room a comfort stay. Will definitely come back to this hotel again in my next trip to Kuala Lumpur.

Receptionist very helpful. Room have no window so you must aware about time because I wake up late here 😂 facilities are good, they have hairdrier and iron plus board, Big TV, Refill water in the bottle, the most complete facilities hotel in my recent trip. Will go back here if I am going to Kuala Lumpur again.

I fell in the aisle of the hotel. My left knee is broken. I was in hurry and a ran out of my room then I did not realize there is different height of the floor. I gave you 2 of 4 because atleast the GM feel sorry for what happened on me and offer me complimentary food and when I request free 1night she gave it she said it because of her humanity, thanks Susan. But I'm disappointed because the hotel management put 100% fault on me, they said its totally my fault I should be careful. Yes true, I should be more careful but I think hotel management should put warning or sign of different height of floor. My holiday was ruined because of this accident. I cancelled all my plan in genting also my hotel in genting is cancelled also. Later I need to do surgery and ct scan because of this accident, many things happened because of this accident and I feel sad. I put the picture below the location where I fall, no sign, no handle. This is warning and lesson also for everyone to be more careful and take care of urself anywhere you are. Hopefully no one experience what I'm going through in the future. Oh yah, one more thing. The room's door, when it close it sounds very loud and strong, anyone who stay there remember please be careful.

Everything is worth the price (mainly because the location is very strategic) however, you should pay more attention to the cleaning service which refills all toiletries and cleans the room daily: forgot to fill the soap, a new shower cap, and replenish tissue. I mean, that's very basic and just small things that tourists can buy outside by themselves but it will be very comfortable, and noticeable how comfortable the hotel is if it all be done every day as we ask.

The room was fabulous, clean and bright. The Aircon is cold and quite. The staffs are friendly and attentive. Water pressure is very good however there is a leakage in my bathroom. One thing to note, there is no safe in my room, no slippers and no toothbrush provided, even after it has been cleaned the things I've mentioned wasn't provided and I have to request it. I don't know this is because on Hari Raya, there was no one at the reception that can answer calls from my room. So I have to go down to the lobby to get my requested things. Breakfast food is bland and the menu is the same (stayed for 3 days and the food are exactly the same. Around the hotel there is a McDonalds, KFC, Four Fingers. For Indian Food Basheer Bistro is recommended for Rice Lamb (Mutton/Kambing). Also there is Guardian and Watson nearby.
