Pacific Express is just 2 blocks away from Central Market. Room is spacious with sofa. Location is 350 m from lrt masjid Jamek station and short walk to Petalling streetor Merdeka Square. I love swimming pool on rooftop as of nice view. Pool is clean.

A very good location, near bus terminal, MRT and grab car access. Few minutes walk to many interests area. Bath room very clean, air con good, mention that soap is a good quality compare to other same level hotel. Lobby is support for resting and concierge after check out activities.

Good service. But the room far from my expectations. Old building broken everywhere tv. Not working. I can’t sleep well because so scary less lightning on the room. I’m scared too much. I won’t to come here again

The air conditioner was very noisy. I had difficulty sleeping comfortably. Moreover, the bed was not flat and seems very old already, It 's time to replace it with a new one.

Highly recommended 5 mins walk to MRT and easy to get food

The room is decent. Good location. Better to park at central market. Hotel parking is rm20 per day.

The other guest is very noisy, kids yelling and someone talk on the phone with yelling, I can hear her voice from my room, they don't understand that this is hotel? They don't have attitude how to stay at the hotel, so I prefer to move the other hotel close by this hotel (travelodge) this hotel not suit to someone who cannot sleep with noisy voice, even you tell the front office also useless, maybe this what you pay is what you get, but even cheap also have other hotel near with got service and not noisy, pity on that day the hotel is full so I move lavana, I regret to stay here, will not comeback again.
