There are several operators in this same building, and I’ve tried Alma, KLCC, and Royal Crown. Royal Crown: In my opinion, Royal Crown is one of the better options. The blanket is soft and comfortable, the pillows are nice, and they provide bathroom amenities, including a shower cap, comb, soap, and shampoo. The room was also nicely decorated when I arrived, and they even provide three bottles of mineral water. The towels are soft and very absorbent, which makes a big difference after a shower. However, one downside is that the staff waiting on the ground floor don’t wear uniforms, unlike Alma’s staff, making Royal Crown's staff difficult to distinguish from other people or visitors in the building. Alma: Alma is another excellent option. Like Royal Crown, the property is well maintained, the blankets are soft, and the towels are comfortable and highly absorbent. What really stands out, though, is the service. Alma has plenty of staff who are responsive and efficient. They move quickly between the ground-floor lobby and the 25th floor, going up and down frequently, and handle requests promptly. Their uniforms also make them easy to identify, which gives the service a more organized and professional feel. However, there is one issue with the bathroom drainage: the shower drain can get clogged, so the water does not go down quickly. This means you cannot take a quick shower or finish immediately, because you have to wait for the water to drain first. After showering for about half a bar of soap’s worth of time, you need to turn off the water and wait another one or two minutes for it to flow down into the drain before you can turn the water on again. KLCC: Honestly, the pillows are so thin they’re practically like potato chips standing vertically! The blanket is rough, and the towels don’t absorb water well at all. Compared with Alma and Royal Crown, the overall comfort and quality of the amenities are disappointing.

The hotel is opposite the Pasar Seni MRT Station, heading to the Hotel from KLIA Airport is also very easy, just by bus paying 12 Ringit / person going to Kl Central, from our central KL Rise to LRT only 1.9 Ringgit / person to Sasi Pasar Seni, (only 1 dation only) until the Art Market just crosses to his hotel. If you want to take a bus near the station from the Hotel. If you want to take a free bus around Kuala Lumpur just to go on the GO KL bus, we can take the GO KL bus to your heart's content from morning, afternoon, evening, to your heart's content without paying at all. Breakfast at the hotel is ok, for those who are usually cold, this hotel is very cold, (even if we sleep with jackets), there are lots of places to eat around, a very pleasant hotel and ok and great

We arrived at the hostel at 9 in the morning, intending to get the bag because the check-in was at 2 noon. But the same mother who has a hostel is allowed an early check-in, because seeing friends are already tired because they run out backpackeran from Singapore. Super good anyway, the hostel is really close from the art market station, there is a free KL go bus, lots of halal food. Really recommended, thumbs up

Hotel sangat bersih. Dekat ke Petaling, Central Market, My Din, Pasar Seni, Dataran Merdeka, Masjid Jamek. Setiap pagi akan ada yang jualan barang thrift di sepanjang jalan. Malam hari juga ramai yang jualan sangat cocok untuk keluarga. Bakalan balik ke hotel ini lagi. Sangat recommended. The best lah pokoknya ada air panas juga untuk yang suka ngopi, stay ngeteh di pagi hari.
