The hotel is not a big hotel but its location is excellent. What I like most are the nice hot showers and cold air conditioning. Rooms are not large but enough but everything else from staff service, security, cleanliness and the smiles are all worth the stay.

Good location, nice & clean hotel room with very reasonable rate. But the staff who was on night shift was terrible. He supposed to work at night sleeping in the premises and kept the entrance glass door locked. Guests need to find and wake him up to unlock the door if they want to enter or go out from the hotel after 11pm. He said that the GM disallowed outsider to enter the hotel after 11pm. Please rectify and clarify the issue mentioned. Thanks

I have stayed here many times when passing through KL. Excellent value. very comfortable rooms - ask to be at the front for a great view. bathtub very welcome and not often to be found. staff are always welcoming and helpful. I usually leave some luggage (heading to Indonesia where warm clothes are an irrelevance). I've also had mail sent to me at the hotel. Recommended.
