Staff doesn't smiling, not helpful and no hospitality at all.
IP
I had pleasant stay here, location is great to go to alor or bukit bintang within walking distance around 2-5 minutes. Staff is friendly & helpful, clean & comfy room they cleaning my room everyday as I stay there 8 nights, just like this and will come back for sure when I come to Kuala Lumpur 😊
DO
Strategic location. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Clean room. There 's a misunderstanding with the airport taxi booking. But the rest is fine.
GC
The location was good, near to plaza rakyat train station. However, the room constantly has cigarette smell from? Outside (along the walk way). The toilet was also not very clean. The lobby was hot. However, the staff was kind to let us keep our luggage there for few hours after check out.

Location: near to the public transport station, sungei wang, and another shopping place (fahrenheit, pavilion). Near to the supermarket and also food station. Room: the room is spacious. It's good for a family or group trip. The facilities also complete. They provide iron and toiletries (they give it daily). They also give the mineral water everyday. I love the room. Cleanliness: they clean and make up the room everyday. They also clean up the bathroom and give new towels everyday. The check in and check out process also really easy and fast. The minus is, I didn't get any view from my window. And the window can't be open. I ask the front desk for a room with view, but I don't get it. Just a window room with empty building view. I stay there for 4 days, so it's not really nice for me. Also the sound from the lift, it's a lil bit noisy. Because my room is near to the lift. And at the beginning, the lamp in my room is blinking. But their engineers help to fix it. And they're also really nice to the guest. Also there are some stain on the bed sheet. Other than that, it's OK. Maybe I will come again if I have a room with good view. Thank you.
AR
Comfortable room. Near to pavilion Mall, Berjaya Times Square.
The room rate was very reasonable. Big room and big beds. The room is clean. Easy checking in.
PL
I have stayed here many times when passing through KL. Excellent value. very comfortable rooms - ask to be at the front for a great view. bathtub very welcome and not often to be found. staff are always welcoming and helpful. I usually leave some luggage (heading to Indonesia where warm clothes are an irrelevance). I've also had mail sent to me at the hotel. Recommended.
RR
Room is okay but the staff did not clean it from the pervious guests. Housekeeping is not available after normal hours. Car parking is unilluminated. Told the staff about it but they just turned a deaf ear.
overall was satisfied with the room. I believed the price I paid is much lower than normal due to covid
