Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown

The room is cleaned. Nice view from our room looking out the Menara 118. Breakfast was super. Lots of variety. I would say we need more hooks to hang towels and clothings in the bathroom. Overall it was a good experience.

Feel more like a 3.5 to 4 star hotel; not 5-star standard definitely. Toilet doesn’t feel luxurious. Pillow is too soft for comfort. Petaling street has lost much of its flavor.

Check in was 3pm but i walked in at 11.30am, cause not my 1st time staying in here. Always manage to get room early. Was attended by Sofea, she told me room not ready n got to wait n she will call me. Ao went for a coffee and came back at 1pm. Alot of tourist started to check in and out, more than 15 pple got thier room keys n walked up n i was still waiting for the call from Sofea. 2pm walked up to the receptionist Luqman n he immediately gave me a room. So the thing here is, Sofea needs more diligent or rather training to serve n be reponsible with customers. Another staff to compliment was Que or Sue, couldnt recall the name, while checking out she was very sweet n handle it well even my parking coupon. Please next time attend to customers who. Arrive 1st. Thank you very much

Excellent value for the money. Beautiful room with a huge window looking over the entire city. Lovely pool area, although it would be nice if you could look out while in the pool at the view.

Great hotel, in a super location for the old town, with a good breakfast, and clean & spacious rooms. Only down-side is the number of lifts - considering the size of hotel a few more should be considered - it wasn't unusual to wait 10 mins for one to come along...and then hope it wasn't already packed!

Brilliant staff and amenities. This hotel is nothing short of brilliant and the staff are excellent.
