Friendly staff, fast service, good cleanliness, and close to KLCC and the Twin Towers. The surrounding public facilities are good, including KLCC Park. It's busy until late at night.

The location is excellent. Just minutes' walk to Twin Tower (KLCC) & a few stones away, right beside the hotel is K Avenue mall. You could find a Seven-Eleven at the hotel lobby.

The condition of the bathroom is truly shocking. The cleaner didn’t seem to care upon cleaning. I reported it and got a different room after that complaint, despite mentioning there were no other rooms available. It shows the severity of the issue if they were able to change my room. It will be the last time for me staying here, despite the accessibility and location of the hotel.

We chose this hotel because of its convenient location near the attractions we wanted to visit and its overall good ratings. Unfortunately, our experience showed that ratings alone are not always reliable. My children and I arrived at the hotel at around 11:30 p.m. Just as we had finally fallen asleep, at about 1:00 a.m., we were woken by the sound of illegal street racing outside our window. The noise from the motorcycles and cars was incredibly loud. My children and I were unable to sleep for the rest of the night, despite being exhausted after a long flight. I raised the issue with the hotel, but I was told that this was simply the downside of staying in a hotel located in the city center. I explained that normal city traffic noise would have been understandable, but this was not ordinary traffic—it was extremely loud street racing. Although the staff’s response was not particularly warm and felt somewhat dismissive, they eventually offered to move us to a higher floor. Unfortunately, that did not solve the problem either. On the second night, which happened to be a Saturday night, the racing was even worse than the night before. As a result, my children and I went two consecutive nights without proper sleep, and we eventually became unwell due to the lack of rest. We paid for a comfortable stay, but what we experienced was far from that. This is my honest personal experience, and yours may be different.

Super great location, room okay but had a very strong smell of cleaning products. When it was gone, it was still way too expensive for the price, with no breakfast. But after all, okay, surrounded by the mall to mall.

Very close to the Petronas Twin Towers, just a short walk.

The hotel is conveniently located near the twin towers. There's a Seven Eleven on the ground floor for easy check-in. My room was quite clean, but the view overlooked the construction site, so I couldn't see anything. However, the view in front of the hotel was great for taking photos.

We went on a rainy day, so we had to stay indoors to rest. The hotel was great though, almost directly opposite the Twin Towers. There's a 7-11 and some other restaurant on the ground floor that I didn't get a chance to try. Overall, the bedroom was clean and the bathroom was spotless, only lacking a vanity with a mirror, and the air conditioner was too cold even though I set it to the highest setting and the fan to the lowest. I'd give it 4.5/5 stars.

Overall everything is good, the location is close to everywhere, even the station is close, food is also close.

Strategic location within walking distance to KLCC and other attractions. Room is clean and staff are friendly but limited parking at the basement. Cheap parking rate for guests. Lift does not reach the basement but easy access from the lobby via staircase. Overall best value for money.

The hotel was comfortable and close to KLCC. The staff were friendly. My son left his ring behind, and thankfully, they returned it. They were also willing to let me look after my luggage. Very nice.

This is our go-to hotel if we want to go sightseeing around KL because it's near to KLCC and LRT. The room is not that spacious but comfortable for 2 people. Equipped with an iron, a small ironing board, minibar, TV, kettle, hairdryer, toiletries, coffee, tea, and mineral water. No wardrobe, just one or two hangers on the wall. Parking is limited for RM5/day. 7-Eleven, ATM, and mamak shop below. Very convenient.
