I enjoyed my stay at Dorsett Grand Subang. The room was comfortable, the facilities were complete and the hotel staff were very helpful. The check-in and check-out process was also smooth. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would not mind staying here again in the future.

It was definitely one sweet and unforgettable stay. The Club Room is equipped with iron and iron board, free WiFi (super fast), free laundry for 4pcs of clothes, luxury toilet with motorized blinds and hot water. The king size bed was really cozy. Swimming pool is big and clean. Foods are delicious. Best customer service. Will recommend my friends to come here. Thanks Dorsett Grand Subang.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very dated. We were unable to make the aircon control work and subsequently had to turn it off completely in order not to freeze. The main common areas of the hotel were also very cold. The breakfast, while having quite a range of goods available was very mediocre in its taste. A couple of good cafes eateries nearby which were great. Only used the swimming pool facilities which were fine. The lifts kept “forgetting” the floor numbers pressed if someone else pressed in another one.

Not a good property. Staff not well organized. They delayed bringing my laundry and I had to leave without having it and they never bothered to communicate after. Really terrible!

Poor experience during my stay. 1) no free parking provided to hotel guests 2) the hotel is very unconsiderate towards hotel guest’s experience when hosting adhoc events. All parking lots were taken by event guests and we were told by front desk to pay RM30 for VIP parking, or to park alongside main road (when in the first place we already paid for guest parking). Front desk told us the VIP parking/ valet is managed by external partners and they do not communicate. 3) soft furnitures inside our room had smells of vomit and weird stains. Eww Only good side - there’s some food places opposite the hotel. Overall Disappointed.

The hotel staff were helpful and the check in was quick. The rooms were comfortable and clean and towels changed daily. Variety of eateries near the hotel which was good. Had to pay minimum amount for parking ,which was not explained properly by the hotel staff that the room card has to be validated daily to enjoy this one time payment. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Check in and sadly had a room with broken collapsed bed mattress. Not able to sleep on the first night. As for a room transfer early the next day for a decent bed mattress and was being upgraded to top floor room. Thankfully, was able to make up no sleep.
