The desk girl staff is not friendly, learn more about how to deal with customers not to be rude. I used to be in mybe 5 years ago, it was clean, now the water is yellow, the bathtub is not working well. The sheets are also yellow, ermm, with the noise of the boys running upstairs, it's not a minimum of 1 room for 2 people to have privacy, so if you come here, request an upstairs room. at 11:40 to 12 it's still hard to sleep as an adult. I hope duyong resort makes a comeback, really miss the moment before this. But when I come now so sad. I love the view and the place before this, years ago..

Check in at 3pm, 3.30pm only to be able to enter the room, wait almost 30 minutes to check in, the reason is the room is not ready yet, 3 counters open 1, there is a bath tub but you can't use it is damaged, the food is mediocre, it's okay

Staff are very friendly, the view is magnificent. Breakfast has a lot of variety but everyday is the same. Pipe in the toilet got leakage but overall the room is nice & comfortable.

I'm not happy with the breakfast near there. Direct food is not tasty. After paying RM35, the food was not tasty at all. Not many options. Not worth paying for such an expensive breakfast ๐
