The staff are friendly every time you meet them, they’ve been so helpful. The room was more than okay for me, there’s a refrigerator, praying mat, bathroom with essentials and hot water. The staff even helped us bring our luggage to KL Sentral when we checked out. Definitely worth and recommended!

I really enjoyed staying here, the staff were very friendly. Thank you Ibrahim, thank you Al Imron, for carrying our luggage to KLIA Express, very friendly and warm service. The receptionist was also very good, the Persian Hotel is in front of NU Sentral, access to the Monorail is also close, so it's easy to get everywhere, the room is also clean, the AC is cold, the water is also strong, this hotel is the best.

Thank you to Ms. Ariana, the front office staff who helped me check in. She gave me a free late check-out at 1 PM. The room was also very clean and cool. The bellboy/doorman was also very friendly. The housekeeping staff, Kay, who knows what, worked quickly, neatly, and cleanly. She ensured my room was perfectly clean. They even made the towels in the room into swan shapes (sorry, I lost the paper that asked you to write down your name and put it on the desk in the room, but I read your name was similar to mine, but I forgot your last name, brother. Please accept my apology). The room, lobby, and rooftop have been beautifully renovated. My last stay was in 2019, before Covid. I'll definitely be back. The price is reasonable, the service is good, and it's right in the heart of KL Sentral. It's easy to find food and transportation. And most importantly, the hotel's lighting is bright and there's no spooky or haunted feeling. I'm not someone who dares to sleep alone, but I couldn't help but sleep alone and soundly (the lights and TV were still on). :) Thank you to all the Easy Hotel staff. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. Even though I arrived well before the check-in time just to drop off my baggage, the staff was incredibly proactive and allowed me to check in immediately without me even having to ask, which made settling in so much easier. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, often greeting us with a warm "salaam" whenever we passed by. While the room itself has limited space, it is very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped, even providing a prayer mat which adds great value to the stay. I also appreciated the amenities, such the convenient water dispenser provided for refills. Additionally, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious and very clean. The only downside was the room's soundproofing, as you can hear people talking outside in the corridor quite clearly; however, the overall experience and hospitality definitely make it worth the price.
