The hotel room is spacious, even though it is an old hotel, clean and comfortable..there is only one door that is difficult to open, especially for senior citizens, it is very difficult to use the door lock..the hotel facilities are still good to use..

The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, very comfortable for senior citizens. I only like one thing. The hotel is old and the door is hard to open, you still have to use a regular key, not a card.

This is an old hotel that would need renovation and upgrade. They are still using keys to open the room. Do note that you have to pay an extra RM10.00 for each night's stay if you are a foreigner. There is no gym and the pool looked like it has not been used for some time. However, the hotel location is excellent. There are many coffee shops selling traditional and delicious food around the hotel. It is also about a 10 to 15 minutes' walk to the famous river walk and shops. The famous Cylonese Cheese Nan shop is within a 10 min walk. There are also many nice restaurants serving delicious and wallet-friendly food. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful at reception counter. In general, it's a classic and old-style hotel interior, but clean. Spacy room to fix extra additional bed too. However, the room tv screen is a bit broken.
