Hotels near KPJ Penang Specialist Hospital

Stayed for one night after having iftar at this hotel. Magnificent experience, great delicious food, cozy accommodation, friendly staff, good hospitality. Very recommended hotel.

1. Can't upgrade the rooms from superior to family rooms while check in. Reason their no rooms available. By the way, when I booking the rooms on November 2023, I was told by their staff that I can upgrade the room while check in time. In means time when I request for extra bed, their staff (from room service) tell me that no more extra bed. So sad 🙄😔. 2. Flutch water in toilet bowl refill are too slow. 3. TV cannot operate and so difficult to switch on.

The stay was great. The guards- they were kind and helpful. Front desk counter- the gentlemen I met made it seamless for my check-in. The attendant - guided me for the self check machine and it was done in 5min. The room - very comfortable and kids enjoyrd it. Cafe - breakfast was good and simple. But was slightly dissapointed fhat kids below 8 years don't eat free. Overall had a great stay.

This hotel is great for outstation gateways. And every staff is well communication. Another want to share is, the hotel do not provide the toothbrush set.

This hotel has a good location, but their service was not a good. Room a little bit small. A girl at reception counter has very bad service and very arrogant and not helpful. Very disappointed service. Hope they can improve on that next time.

Horrible. Some hotel part under construction. Safety not complete and not suitable for women alone traveler. But the bed, sheet and toilet everything ok. New and clean. I check in but didn't stay there.

Clean room, easy check in and check out process, near to restaurant and supermarkets. Interesting area, silent and very good for short stay.
