Putrajaya Marriott Hotel

This hotel is beautiful. Near the mall walking distance and they have a shuttle to & from absolute plus. Staff very helpful . The hotel is so big they have listed times for the best breakfast time. Because it can get busy . The options are endless and delicious.

Had a wonderful time in this hotel. All service team hospitality from FrontDesk, Restaurant, Housekeeping, and Room Service were tiptop. A place that worth your money definately.

Room and meetings areas are nice. Food nightmare - taste as well as allergens. Food made me sick.

Big spaces with a beautiful outdoors environment, lush of tropical vegetation. The staff is friendly and welcoming. A wonderful place to visit and relax.

A beautiful property overlooking the nearby park and with a view of the distant KL skyline. Super convenient with IOI City Mall just down the road. We are a family with a toddler and found the swimming pool and mini water park very enjoyable. The room looks newly refurbished, we loved how spacious it was and the small table and seating sofa which was a cosy space for our toddler to play her toys on. The only thing was that the entryway was a bit narrow so pushing luggage and a stroller through was tight. Breakfast had a wide selection, I particularly enjoyed the salad section and sweet treats available. The omelette is one of the tastiest in a hotel I've had. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Clean and exellence

Very comfortable stay with very clean facilities. Ideal for a family with kids . Situated away from Kualalumpur city center with minimum one hour drive.

Recommended by a friend of mine due to the water playground.Great recommendation to stay in.My daughter likes it very much especially with the water playground and the indoor playground for kids.Breakfast was superb with lots of varieties to choose.But during breakfast, the topping up of the food and drinks were quite slow.Besides that everything was fine.

Breakfast area need to be kept more clean. Flies flying around while im trying to eat my breakfast. Insufficient staff during breakfast hour. Hotel been through upgrading and reno.

Pleasant Stay

The hotel is very convenient linked to IOI city mall where the shopping and eateries are. Check in staff is a little slow. But the room is clean and space is just nice for 2 persons.

Great staff! There was a rude guest who was trying to cut in line even though I was already trying to talk to the receptionist. The staff politely called out the rude person. She perfectly handled the situation.

Working is going on during the day . you can smell the paint strongly from your room . It is near from one of the biggest mall in malaysia IOI mall .

TESTIMONIAL: Staying at a reputed 5-star hotel like Marriott, I anticipated top-notch service and convenience. Imagine my surprise when I sent my shirt and trousers for pressing on a Sunday evening, only to discover they weren't in my room by 9 pm the next day. When I contacted housekeeping, I was informed that to retrieve my clothes, I needed to pay the pressing fee at the reception first. This practice was a novel experience for me, especially given my regular stays at Marriott properties. Having to hunt down a duty manager to express my frustration and disappointment added to an already perplexing situation. Eventually, I paid what was merely a fraction of the cost of the garments themselves to claim them back. The irony was not lost on me—this policy felt more like a hastily thought-out inconvenience than a customer-focused service, especially from an esteemed 5-star establishment. It's worth noting that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, perhaps in desperate need, as it looked quite jaded last year. While a facelift might address the aesthetics, it's the little things, like a cumbersome and baffling laundry policy, that can significantly impact guests' experiences. Here's hoping ( staying there again next month - now i have doubts ) the renovations bring a renewed focus on customer service excellence along with a fresh coat of paint.

The only comment from my side is there was one machine running all day 24 hours which was disturbing at the pool side and the noise reach to the room and Restoraent is too busy in the morning and people waiting in line to have their breakfast. Rest all perfect. Thanks
