I had been staying in this hotel for my business trip for the last 15 years. Air con is not as good as before. Quite disappointed for my last few stays. Hope it will improve.

This hotel is located in the Mega mall where you can get everything including food court. The amenities inside the hotel is limited as the facilities are available in the mall. Taxis and Grab services are plentiful. Downside we experienced was the spread of breakfast which was very much limited for vegetarians. The restaurant also didn’t have any food for vegetarians in the menu. However they adapted to our request and made sandwiches and served with french fries. Front desk staffs were helpful in giving us direction to vegetarian restaurants. It’s a perfect place for non-vegetarians. There is a supermarket inside the mall which came in aid for us hence we managed with whatever was available such as milk, cereals, bread, fruits, etc. Can we stay there again? Yes with some preparation.

Room upgraded. Excellent location but it will be better to have exclusive carpaking lots near the hotel. Now we need to fight for parking lots with shoppers.

Overall it was good with big rooms. Just that on one day when the music played suddenly in our room..it took them long to take action until my husband has to call them 3 times. However they do give an apology gift, just that we feel prompt action could be given.

Check in process took too long. No bottled water in the room. Staff need more training on customer service, being efficient especially to ensure rooms are ready when people check in instead of relying on 3 pm check in time.
