I wished we had an extra day to stay and enjoy more of the city but honestly it wasn't plan but I'm glad we found a place to stay and it was excellent and safe parking too.

Very bad customer service , the AC of the room was leaking and water was on the floor and un safe , the window of the room was open permanently due to a broken handle , the lighting was defaulted to a super bright mode ..we addressed all issues to the manager on duty and requested another room but they denied that , we couldn't sleep all night , next morning we asked for refund or credit but they denied that too ... Overl all the worst hotel in Tijuana , no one speaks English here that's why they are taking advantage of customers... This hotel should be closed due to its unlowful violation... DON'T STAY HERE PLEASE!!!

I found this property very clean for the price, however here are a few comments & suggestions. The pillows were too large & uncomfortable after a while. They hurt my neck & kept me awake most of the night. The sink counter is too high & you have to be almost 6 ft to comfortably use the sink. This is because Mexico doesn't follow the same US ADA codes. Also the AC wast rattling too high at the highest setting of the fan. The TV channel changing was also too slow. Overall can't complain much for the price.

Low rate that can rate as a motel ... too much echoing and room size is exaggerated. Noises from rooms on either size can be heard up until 1 am. Price is too high atb109 a night. Nvever come back.. breakfast is terrible.

Nothing compare with the pictures online, the room is big but the furniture was very dirty and has a lot scratches everywhere, we stay on the three beds room. Definitely I will never back to this place again.
