The accommodation is good but I cant believe that their included breakfast is provided in styrofoam plates and cutlery. Where is the environmental responsibility of this company?? It is truly unacceptable that they dont care about the amount of waste they generate

Room was dated, dirty, smelled bad, and was poorly lit. The ac didn’t work well. The bed was terribly hard. The front desk staff was very kind and check in and out was very quick.

Check in was quick and easy the carpet in my room was old and very dirty. I chose this hotel because it’s close to the airport. They have shuttle service but I was told that I can be dropped of near the airport not at the actual airport which did not make sense to me and was quite inconvenient. I would not stay there again.

Clean rooms, easy check-in and check-out, and they were beyond helpful whenever we needed help with our room keys. Also, the breakfast was AMAZING! They had new options everyday and made sure they were constantly refilling the food and drinks.

It needs quite a bit of upkeep, the floor carpets MEED to be replaced, Details on the maintenance of the bathroom.

Staff was nice

During my stay at City Express by Marriott, I had two rooms booked. In the middle of the night, I woke up due to the air conditioning unit breaking down, and a strange odor was coming from it, which gave me a severe headache. I called the front desk, and they sent a repairman at 4:20 AM. Unfortunately, I had to wake up my kids so he could access the room. After I explained how I was feeling, the repairman also noticed the unusual smell and even started experiencing a headache himself. Because of this, they decided to move us to another room. However, the new room was in poor condition—the floor was filthy, the carpet was stained throughout, the bedsheets had stains, and the bathroom was dirty as well. At that point, we decided to leave the room and stay in the other room I had booked with the rest of my family. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, I wish they paid more attention to the cleanliness of the hotel. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to this City Express by Marriott hotel.
