The hotel is in reasonable shape. Breakfast buffet is very good. The location is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. The main concern I have is safety. Accidentally we became aware of a security issue at the hotel, which we tested four times with different employees, and we had the same problem. We had been travelling all over Mexico for 2 weeks and changing hotels many times. We went out for a walk and upon returning we could not enter our room. We went to reception to tell them our keys were not working. They immediately reprogrammed our keys. They never asked for our name, id, or anything. It turns out, we had mistaken the floor and we ended up in a room that was not ours. We walked in and noticed it was not our room, immediately walked out and went back to reception. Explaining what had happened. Again, they did not ask for our names or id, they simply issued new keys to the new room number we provided. The following day I tested their security again. I went to reception and told them I needed an additional key. I provided a wrong room number (this time on purpose) and I was issued an additional kep to a room that was not mine without asking for an id or my name. This time I sumply walked out of the hotel an distroyed the key that was given to me. All of this happened with different employees. It seems this is the hotel policy is to provide keys to any person without asking for any id or verifying if that person is even a guest.

My room didn't have a fridge. The receptionist just shrugged her shoulders when I mentioned it. Apart from that, it was exactly what I thought it would be.

The hotel was clean and comfortable is not a modern hotel but not that old either. It has a lockbox, iron and ironing board, coffe maker and hairdryer. The only thingh I didn't about the hotel is that It doesn't have a frige in the room and there is no icemaker in the hotel. The area felt safe and the hotel is located about 10min walk from Estadio Azul, there's a starbucks next to the hotel and a few other restaurants including taco places within walkin distance. The area felt safe

Great location within walking distance of restaurants and shopping centers. Great staff. The beds are not too confortable.

Hermoso, silencioso y muy bien ubicado…

Personal de recepción muy poco amigables a la hora de hacer el check in y para hacer el check out. Durante mi estancia llame a recepción para pedir la clave de wifii, la primera vez levantaron la bocina y me colgaron después de 1 minuto (escuchaba que antendian a alguien mas) volví a marcar, me dieron lo que necesitaba de una manera no amigable y me colgaron sin siquiera despedir. Creo que independientemente cual sea el hotel o que tipo de clase sea el hotel, hay cosas como la ética, el profesionalismo hacia el cliente que hacen la diferencia. No soy de dejar reviews pero tenía que decirlo para prevenir a futuros clientes
