Good place to stay

Staff I arrived very early to hotel with advance notice. I did not notice the reply to my request for early arrival. I spoke to on duty desk manager and asked if there was any way i could get into first available room . I waited and waited and waited and asked for a managers name after 3 hours waiting I was given a gentleman's name not on a business card but hand written note. After waiting another hour I came to front desk and was told that this was manager Cinthya Corona that was almost 5 hours of waiting at that point. I slept waiting in the pool area on lounge chair most of the time . I was finally given a room after almost 6 hours waiting. I have stayed at this location for many years and never had this experience ever. I'm platinum traveler on expedia and also member of fiesta rewards. I travel 2 times every month different locations. Not sure what can be done so this doesn't happen again.

Second stay in this location, one elevator out of order, made wait time longer. Staff was excellent.

The staff is excellent , i stay in this Hotel back in February and again in April , in both of my stays th water in the shower is weak i wish they fix this problem because it looks like is been going on and Is very uncomfortable take a shower with a few sprinkles from the shower head. I like the hotel a lot is in good location but a realy hope they fx the shower head.

The bathroom was in very bad shape , the carpet in the room needs upgrade A.S.A.P, The personnel was great, very helpful , breakfast buffet was very good 👍

Todo bien, volvería a quedarme aquí cuando tenga que hacer algo por acá. El staff es bueno y resolvió cualquier problema o duda que tuvimos.

This hotel is fine. Or plane was delayed arriving and we couldn't get to or original hotel so we had to stop here. It's fine. People were nice. Plenty of places to eat.

Ome room was good one was misty smellimg . Water in shower didnt get hot or have much water pressure

Room was great service and clean and great staff

Breakfast was great, the staff was very friendly. A few little problems but nothing that wasnt fixed.

The cleaninnes of the beds

Really low water pressure on the shower. Weird faucet operation . Heater room do not work also safe was unoperable . The only reason i book there was so I can take a nice shower after my day out . So it was frustrating have a shower with faulty faucets ,We book two rooms and both have the same problems. Faucets were loose we do not use any other facilities on the hotel. Parking is another story as is located inside of the mall.

Habitación 407 la chapa no sirve, el aire acondicionado solo sale frío y sus televisores no son smart TV pero eso no es todo intente conectar un Roku pero el software no está actualizado y no lo leyó

The hotel itself is nice, the location is great and the staff were very friendly. Nonetheless, we brought food with us hoping we could heat it up but unfortunately, there was no microwave or mini fridge in the room. We asked the front desk ladies to allow us to use a microwave and they sent us to the hotel restaurant. I waited a long time in the restaurant’s lobby but no one ever acknowledged me or came to help me so I left. Also, I was given a validated ticket to leave the parking garage in the morning but it did not work causing us a delay and we almost miss our flight. I wanted to pay but it meant to go back to the mall or the hotel and we didn’t have time. The security person lifted up the pole far enough we were able to exit the parking garage. We were just happy we made it to airport and caught our flight.

Clean room and staff very friendly

I had stay in this hotel many times whit no issues but this last stay was terrible there was bed bugs on my room I stay at the room 215 and I got bitten so many times by those things and I only stay one night I will advice you to check your bed before you get on it
