Clean room, kind staff and great location.

Check in was easy, parking was so convenient and easy, location was perfect ... it was close to everything, including the bus station and the pool was such a delight. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Its very clean and walking distance to 5 avenue park restaurant s i would recomend every one to stay their close to walmart also

Staff was great and helpful. Location of hotel was near restaurants and shopping. I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. Will absolutely book this hotel again soon.

The hotel itself is perfectly fine. We were well attended to, the only improvement would be more furniture as the room was like an empty space with just two beds. Two straight back chairs on the balcony. A small desk, no closet to speak of and no drawers at all. The location is great as it's near everything. However, it is very noisy throughout the night due to barking dogs! But with a pair of ear plugs, this was a good stay. Good security, with a gate locked at 11pm. Buzzer rarely needed, as the desk people were vigilant of our arrival.

Away from the most touristy part of town..no elevator or breakfast

AC didn't work in my room. Staff was told but it wasn't fixed.

The only thing good, is that the hotel is located in a good spot. Parking sucked, we ended up parking blocks away from the location. We did not have a blanket, we asked and they said they had none. We had only 2 pillows. The room was so basic nothing on the walls. It looks nothing like the photo shown here. It was white walls on a concrete - not kidding - bed with a simple mattress on it. Would not stay here again.

We are a family of five with kids age 9 to 15. We were able to book a room with one queen and two full beds (their description says twin I think). With three kids, it was essential to have a room like this and the size of the room and the number of beds made this stay more comfortable. The hotel is two blocks from the main strip (5th Ave.) which was close enough but far enough to be quiet. Staff were friendly and helpul. The room had a/c and a fan which was nice but the cool air didn't seem to reach a section of the room in the "L" shape and our girls said it was too warm on their side while I was cold under the a/c. Other than a free floating table under the tv, the room is pretty spare. A desk and chair or a table with two chairs is really needed when you have this many people in one room. Aside from one towel rack in the shower, there was no place to hang bath and beach towels and bathing suits - this is a beach town! There is plenty of room for additional furniture. WiFi is available and worked ok but slow. Pool is small as they all are but great for kids to cool off in and it was right outside our room so could keep an eye on the youngest. No breakfast included. Parking is usually available. We're close to the Walmart! No refrigerator (but that seems pretty standard - it would be nice).

The hotel it self was good. It didnt have a fridge which was a bummer and there was a dog that kept us up all night that lived right behind the hotel, so we had to switch hotels.
