Customer service was amazing. Check in was a breeze. A/C was amazing. 2 elevators but didn’t wait long for either. Centrally located, restaurants bars everywhere. Room was cleaned daily. Water was hot. Water pressure was good.

El check in estuvo bien rápido, el desayuno muy genérico, afuera hay opciones mejores, el gym y el estacionamiento no los use, a la terraza fuimos todos los días, esta solo la persona que atiende el bar, las sombrillas siempre cerradas como si no quisieran que estuvieran las personas mucho rato, la alberca muy chica, más bien parece Jacussi, debido a la zona donde se encuentra el hotel Zona Rosa hay dias de mucho ruido en la calle, afuera de la Habitacion simpre hay mangueras tiradas de la aspiradora

The hotel is old, and although the floors have been renovated, the bathroom leaks. There is no refrigerator or air conditioning. The surrounding neighborhood is convenient for transportation and shopping. Suitable for a short one-night stay, but not recommended overall.

The faucets in the bathroom were terribly leaking and sub par. Old air-conditioning system - smelly. Only one elevator was functioning and we always had to wait 15+ minutes due to overcrowding in the elevator.

During our satay at Hotel Ryal, we were moved every single day to different rooms due to different circumstances. First day, we had a room next to one that was being remodeling, it was very loud and noisy, the workers were working all day. second day, the AC was not working. Third day, we didn't have water in the shower. Every morning we had to moved our luggage to the lobby and had to leave all our belongings there until a room came available. It was until we left, we were traveling to different cities, when I realized that my jewelry bag was missing.
