Beautiful resort with a beautiful private beach. Very clean rooms and attentive staff. I would highly recommend getting the breakfast package - great options each day. Rooms were not soundproof, and no balcony with the room, but overall very happy with this choice.

Staff was friendly, eager to help. Hotel is kept clean overall. Room had to be cleaned upon entry, improperly prepared but resolved immediately. Hotel had wedding event 2 nights, food service for the rest of the hotel was slow and staff not readily available.

This hotel should be rated less than 7. I stayed in Marriot last time which is rated lower but that way way better than this. The rooms are small/conjusted, bath room even more so and no balcony for the rooms. They didn't even provide a drying rack. The rooms give you a motel feeling not a resort. The worst part was the restaurant. It's a open restaurant and those black birds were just sitting on the buffet and gabbing food from the pates. So many people had to literally trash their food and the staff was totally okay with it not bothered at all. Very unhygienic.

We arrived having spent 7 days in Playa Mujeres, 1 day in Isla Mujeres and 3 days in Holbox. This was without doubt the worst hotel and biggest disappointment of the trip. The check in process was most unfriendly, no explanation of amenities or care for us as guests. We arrived at 2.40pm and could not check in, we were told to sit and wait in the lobby until 3. The rooms and the hotel in general are really really worn and outdated, certainly so far from the 5 star luxury it aims to claim. It was more reminiscent of a 3 star budget/airport hotel. Nothing about the place was personal, no staff seemed to bothered by use at check in, lunch, by the pool or at breakfast. The location is great, on the beach and in the heart of the hotel zone but the road is right outside the single pane windows, no soundproofing even. All in all it’s fine just not worth the price, the pool is ok, the room is fine but very old and worn/dated, it’s very impersonal service which is the fault of management not the overworked undertrained staff

Beautiful beach, sand , pool and overall grounds. Buffet breakfast had good variety of items and staff was amazing! Other restaurant food was nothing special to be honest. Drinks at the lobby bar were great and so was the staff! Check in was smooth and staff amazing as well. Rooms are in desperate need of remodeling, but very clean and mattress was very comfortable. My only downside was that had a hard time getting hotel to refund my one night deposit due to having to cancel and rebook again as had to increase from 2 to 3 adults in room. Was definitely a battle. Expedia blamed the hotel and hotel blamed Expedia for not refunding my deposit. Other than this, had a pleasant stay.

Beautiful beach area. Great food in Le Cap and the breakfast was amazing. Too many birds on the tables though... We got a room with bad sea view and they changed it for us to a better room... but that one was a bit stinky and had a problem with the bathroom door and the shower. Staff is very slow and you sometimes have to ca reception twice for the same thing.

Rooms nice and spacious and comfy beds. Nice view of the ocean and pool. Lovely food in the breakfast buffet and the pool and beach all really nice. Only thing would be they were very understaffed in the pool bar areas, one person in a busy lunch period. Also I don’t think the reception people are very helpful - my friend was delayed to check in and they failed to advice me that I needed to spend a credit during my stay
