Beach is beautiful at this hotel. Food is pretty good as well. Room and bathroom were a tad small and towels had a funky smoky smell but the pool, staff, beach and all else make up for it. We’d happily stay here again.

This was an amazing stay. I’ve never stayed at a place where staff were so attentive! Gustavo at the Caribbean Restaurant was so nice there during our breakfast everyday. He was always so helpful also with questions we had about visiting places or getting to places around Cancun. The pool was amazing and the beach proximity. It was the perfect water for our 3 year old. I will definitely stay here again when in Cancun. But one thing I recommend, the refrigerators should be cooling. Ours did not and I did report it and it was not fixed. Other than that, it was amazing. The resort is very clean and beautiful and in an excellent location.

El hotel es bonito, aunque ya muestra algo de antigüedad. La playa es espectacular; sin embargo, el sargazo sigue siendo un tema presente. En comparación con otras zonas hay menos, pero no desaparece. El hotel intenta mantener la playa limpia, aunque no siempre lo consigue y hay días en los que la acumulación es evidente. La ubicación es muy buena, a unos 10 minutos en coche de varios restaurantes y aproximadamente a 15 minutos caminando del ferry hacia Isla Mujeres. Vale mucho la pena dedicar un día a visitar la isla para disfrutar de sus playas y del mar cristalino, prácticamente sin sargazo. El spa merece una mención especial: el masaje fue excelente y una de las mejores experiencias de la estancia. Destaco también la amabilidad del personal, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar.

One night I was in the pool when the supervisor came to take me out, arguing that the closing time had already passed. The interesting thing is that at least six different workers had given me different pool closing hours. I suggested that the supervisor inform all his workers of the correct closing time to avoid this type of incident in the future. Unfortunately he got upset.

La Playa súper linda El servicio en playa lento en ocasiones tenías que ir a buscar a algún mesero o ir a la barra Las habitaciones súper amplias y muy limpias El único inconveniente te fue que tuvimos una emergencia por la menstruation de una de nosotras que no estaba planeada y no tuvieron una toalla femenina para vendernos ya que era fuera del horario de la tiendita Creo que si hay mujeres laborando y mujeres como clientes pues pueden suceder estas cosas y tener la posibilidad de resolver algo así es el servicio lo que marca la diferencia…

Nice bed, shower, linens, breakfast, beach. No Netflix or others. Swimming area in the ocean not as pristine as in past years, { been here 5 times }. A/C coolant valve was turned off so first night was too warm in room. Solved. Internet code not available in room so had to go to front desk for it. Overall the place could be better managed, more attention to detail and better organized. We did discuss with management and offered solutions, not just complaints. Overall, we always enjoy our stays here. Went out for dinner and was shocked at the prices and quality/quantity. One can eat/drink at the hotel rather than other places for about the same. Our last night we were unaware of a Dinner Barbecue Buffet. The management could "sell" their place better. Transfers to and from shopping and the Airport were trouble free.

La Playa súper linda El servicio en playa lento en ocasiones tenías que ir a buscar a algún mesero o ir a la barra Las habitaciones súper amplias y muy limpias El único inconveniente te fue que tuvimos una emergencia por la menstruation de una de nosotras que no estaba planeada y no tuvieron una toalla femenina para vendernos ya que era fuera del horario de la tiendita Creo que si hay mujeres laborando y mujeres como clientes pues pueden suceder estas cosas y tener la posibilidad de resolver algo así es el servicio lo que marca la diferencia…

This was an amazing stay. I’ve never stayed at a place where staff were so attentive! Gustavo at the Caribbean Restaurant was so nice there during our breakfast everyday. He was always so helpful also with questions we had about visiting places or getting to places around Cancun. The pool was amazing and the beach proximity. It was the perfect water for our 3 year old. I will definitely stay here again when in Cancun. But one thing I recommend, the refrigerators should be cooling. Ours did not and I did report it and it was not fixed. Other than that, it was amazing. The resort is very clean and beautiful and in an excellent location.

Beautiful property, beachfront is most likely the best you will find in Cancun, the property is a perfect size, not a party hotel so perfect for families and couple looking to relax

Nice bed, shower, linens, breakfast, beach. No Netflix or others. Swimming area in the ocean not as pristine as in past years, { been here 5 times }. A/C coolant valve was turned off so first night was too warm in room. Solved. Internet code not available in room so had to go to front desk for it. Overall the place could be better managed, more attention to detail and better organized. We did discuss with management and offered solutions, not just complaints. Overall, we always enjoy our stays here. Went out for dinner and was shocked at the prices and quality/quantity. One can eat/drink at the hotel rather than other places for about the same. Our last night we were unaware of a Dinner Barbecue Buffet. The management could "sell" their place better. Transfers to and from shopping and the Airport were trouble free.
