We love to stay here this is my to go hotel when we visit TJ

The woman in Charlie of the restaurant was more like those TJ cops looking at you to charge you a mordoda a fine they ask me 4 times my rooom number my name keeps looking at us when I had pay in advance for breakfast never say hello welcome look like warden wearing all black no smile and waitresses drop the milk on me never came to offer coffee just the other tables is ok never coming back and over priced the room for 2 queen beds got full charge me $80 dollars extra.

Heavy construction noise on the first floor that was very loud during the day !! While in our room on the 3 floor was loud other that that hotel was super clean like that the room had hard wood floors no carpet and the shower and restrooms where super clean

We anticipated arriving to Tijuana 1 hour earlier than the check-in time so we decided to go let the staff know we were there and to let us know when the room would be ready. To our surprise, the lovely staff told us we could go to our room right then. We were extremely excited due the fact that we had just traveled 5 hours on the train. After settling into the room, we decided to check out the pool. It did not disappoint, it was clean and refreshing! We are looking forward to staying here again on our next visit!

The rooms are outdated. Not all but the man checking us in was in such a terrible mood.our rooms were not ready until 2 hrs later. Even after I checked and came back to get my key. The same man told another staff member that I hadn't registered yet when in fact I had and my keys were already on the desk waiting for pickup. Just rude

The worse service I ever experienced the room was next an elevator that made so much noise couldn’t sleep all night , the employees were so unprofessional and rude. They definitely need customer service training.

Alexa (Alejandra), Dali and the woman team knock it out of the park again! My favorite Baja Mexico hotel experience made another memorable vacation for me again. Timeless classiness, wonderful food, great staff, attentive valet and bell captain staff; wonderful maître d team, and again what a wonderful time. And always SAFE!! My home away from home! Mi reservation was not registered in the hotel. Terrible service from the app. The hotel solved the problem making me the reservation directly. A very disappointing experience from hotels. Com

Comfortable bedding, clean bathroom, great staff, close to mall and stadium.

We stayed for two nights and the check in process was very quick. A gentleman helped us take our luggage to our room and gave us many suggestions on things to do in the area. One of the elevators was out of service but the we did not feel a wait for the elevator at any time. Our stay included breakfast for two and the Sunday buffet breakfast was impressive. There were so many food and drink choices. There is a Starbucks in the lobby area as well. The staff was incredibly respectful, helpful, polite and very attentive. However, getting in and out of the parking structure was a bit tricky. You can see the scratches of other cars on the walls as they made the turn from one level to another. The parking spots were not for large vehicles. There is a small fee to park in the structure but you can pay it on the first day to avoid delays. I felt that our car was safe as the staff was visible through the premises. The hotel is down the street from the mall, the stadium, and many restaurants. We paid for room with a view of the city and we were given a room in the 2nd floor. I would have liked a floor at a higher floor to seek the lights at night but the room was very clean. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
