parking should be included. Rooms are small for the price. Check in while. I had to go back in line to get the key, the room was not ready by the time I was told. If you want to get drinks by the pool you need to go get them yourself.

I think the hotel needs some remodeling, including the hallways and furnishings. The service was excellent. One very important thing: I used a taxi service (recommended by the valet parking staff) and the charge was exaggerated. I paid it out of courtesy, but I wouldn't use it again. After that, I used Uber.

I saw a worker pick up a slice of bread and place it back in the tray of bread when they were taking all the food back to the kitchen. I was also running in the treadmill in the gym while some workers were working on an AC unit above my head which seemed a bit dangerous. The front desk people were very kind as well as the waitress.

The property is old and needs upgrades. The bathroom in very bad condition, we were afraid to brake the handle that opens the water because it was separeting from the wall. The best employees i have ever encounter in a hotel Super polite, friendly and ready to help. I give your servrce 5 starts.

My checking was at 300pm, they give me my room at 5pm
