Staff was the best part. Both our rooms were very dirty. Everything was dirty, we had to go to the store next door and buy clorox wipes

Very comfortable beds, a big deal in Mexico. Room was very nice and very spacious. Clean. Good AC. It was 100 degrees outside. Right by an air conditioned shopping mall, not a great mall, but groceries, movies, etc. and air conditioning.

Room did not have window and I felt like I was I prison.
