The hotel has been nicely remodeled since my last stay there about 9 months ago. Very nice enhancements without losing its charm. There now an Italian restaurant on the premises which upgrades the dining options without leaving the hotel. This is my favorite place to stay when I go to Puebla very year

Buena ubicación, el personal muy amable. Sin embargo, las fotos de las habitaciones no son reales, me dieron una habitación completamente diferente a lo que pagamos. A pesar de ser socio GOLD de expedía, tampoco nos ofrecieron upgrade de habitación ni nos sentimos VIP.
