Pudiera haber sido una estancia buena, pero desafortunadamente pasamos un par de problemas y tendré que calificarlos de esta manera.
1.- Primero al hacer check in online te piden un depósito o pagar por adelantado 160 pesos mexicanos. Por seguridad yo preferí pagar esto, el depósito se me hizo muy caro y no te prometían regresarlo rápidamente.
2.- Yo hice mi reservación para 3 personas adultas y me dieron una habitación de una sola cama. Yo esperaba una cama y un sofá para la tercer persona porque eso se veían en sus fotos de la publicación. Cuando llegamos y mandé mensaje dijeron que podrían cambiarnos pero deberíamos de pagar una diferencia por la 3er persona cuando yo ya pagué en expedia por 3 personas. Me pareció muy raro porque eso no fue culpa de nosotros. Si ellos tienen mal listada su propiedad es su culpa. Tuvimos que comprar un colchón inflable y pagamos extra por el peso de la maleta.
3.- En general muchas cosas tuvimos que averiguarlas por nuestra cuenta, como dónde depositar la basura.
4.- Por último, nunca pudimos pagar por las monedas para usar la lavadora. No tienen otra opción más que pago electrónico.
En general me pareció una experiencia poco agradable, por lo demás está bien ubicada y la propiedad se ve nueva, aunque no muy limpia.

Y no hay con quien comunicarte . Después de 2 horas y por intervención de una chava que trabaja ahí . Nos contactaron para darnos claves nuevas y poder accesar . TERRIBLE

Desafortunadamente, por temas ajenos a la propiedad, hubo un problema con el agua y decidi no quedarme pero me ofrecieron otra unidad muy similar a la que había reeservado en otro complejo a 4 minutos de distancia.
