Kotor is an amazing town, well worth a visit. The people are friendly and welcoming.

Really nice modern apartment, a little way out of the main town but easily walkable. Had a great welcome and was offered lots of tips and local info. Great view from the balcony and the apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. Although the kitchen area was quite small we managed to cook breakfasts and other small meals easily. Really great place to stay

Great place. Very spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful as well.

The host was very lovely and friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. She was available if there were any issues at all, and went out of the way to help us out. The apartment is only a short walk from the old town of Kotor, around 15 minutes. There are also several grocery shops nearly and within a short walking distance. Casa Nuova was a great hub for exploring the country and was very clean, well kept and modern. We would happily return here.

We enjoyed the bay and Mountain View from the balcony in the evening. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Happy to see the room was equipped with a bottle opener.

Everything was exceptional. Location was close to Old Kotor. Parking space was convenient. Bed was super comfortable. Shower had good pressure. The view was amazing. We loved our stay here! Total recommend!

It was very nice and clean, but very small.

The room I got has great view of the lake. The room is spacious, clean and has comportable bed. It has kitchen too with basic cookware you need. The property looks new or maybe just really well-maintained. The staff (probably the owner) is friendly and kind too. Everything about this property is above my expectation. I even enjoy just staying in the room and balcony when its raining.

The owners were exceptionally welcoming. Location was good with a view of Kotor Bay and an easy walk to the old town. Restaurants in the area are excellent. The room was small-ish but very well equipped with everything you needed. I highly recommend Casa Nuova!

Loved this stay. It was very easy to walk into Old Town and the Promenade. On a very busy road but at night there was almost no traffic so it was still quiet for sleeping. Would like to have coffee or tea available in the morning.

I loved this place. It’s .3 miles to the seaside promenade with restaurants and shops.

Excellent location. Kotor old town 15 minutes walk. Property is modern and clean. Communication was good and host very friendly. Parking space was available to us. Only negative was the smell coming from toilet drain. There was plumbing issues but smell was constant. I don't know if this was a property issue or a locality issue. If we didn't have this issue, I would have rated the property 5*. Can not blame the host as we did not raise the issue with her as we didn't have time.

Brand new building, new appliances, parking garage, walking distance to Old Town, perfect communication with owner - what else do you need? Perfect place to stay!

The host Tatiana was very friendly and really keen to help. She messaged me before I came to stay at her location and gave me some really good advice before I landed. Property is really clean and nicely decorated. It feels very safe and the bed was really really comfortable the area was very peaceful but not very noisy which means you can get a good nights sleep. There are two little shopping markets close to the property with some you know basics and also a short walk there is a supermarket and a small shopping centre where you can you grab bits and pieces grab some food grab some lunch also down the hill there is the small kind of marina and also close to the property is Kotor Beach. I was a solo traveller and the only thing I felt was missing was having a small cafe closer to the property as for a solo traveller it was sometimes quite challenging to walk and get food especially because you were tired due to the heat wave and also having gone on various excursions. Anyone travelling to Kotor I would recommend a car/bike hire this way more areas will be accessible. I would definitely recommend this apartment hotel for all. It would definitely appeal more the families and couples.
