Fantastic property walking distance to Old Town Kotor. Room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful balcony and kitchenette.
Host was friendly and helpful. Replied to texts quickly Parking was included.
Would definitely recommend!

Nice room and balcony, good kitchen unit. Bathroom cramped, you have to stand on elevated tiles while brushing your teeth as it is so close to the shower. Great parking, tough stairs alt uphill road to your room. Ok for us, not so great if you have trouble with that or carrying bags uphill/up the stairs.About 20 min walk from Kotor Old Town, nicer by the water as the boardwalk is very narrow. Good wifi!

Siisti, puhdas ja hyväkuntoinen huoneisto melko suurella parvekkeella. Huoneisto oli tosin melko ahdas ja äänieristys melko huono, vaikkakin rakennus oli kivirakenteinen. Keittiötä emme käyttäneet, mutta ei sovellu päivittäiseen käyttöön pienuudestaan johtuen. Pihassa oli parkkipaikka käytettävissä. Yhteydenpito omistajan kanssa sujui loistavasti Whatsapilla ja sisäänkirjautuminen onnistui hyvin saaduilla ohjeilla.

Really nice modern apartment, a little way out of the main town but easily walkable. Had a great welcome and was offered lots of tips and local info. Great view from the balcony and the apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. Although the kitchen area was quite small we managed to cook breakfasts and other small meals easily. Really great place to stay

The host was very lovely and friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. She was available if there were any issues at all, and went out of the way to help us out.
The apartment is only a short walk from the old town of Kotor, around 15 minutes. There are also several grocery shops nearly and within a short walking distance.
Casa Nuova was a great hub for exploring the country and was very clean, well kept and modern. We would happily return here.

Everything was exceptional. Location was close to Old Kotor. Parking space was convenient. Bed was super comfortable. Shower had good pressure. The view was amazing. We loved our stay here! Total recommend!

Everything in the apartment still seems very new and clean. The location is good. There's parking (more than important in Kotor!!!), and you can walk to the old town in 10 to 15 minutes. The internet is okay. However, the apartment is very cramped. I was alone and barely had room to turn around. Some things in the apartment are poorly designed. The sink in the bathroom is much too small. You can't wash the dishes in the "kitchen" because you can't close the drain... Overall, it's okay with a few minor flaws.

The room I got has great view of the lake. The room is spacious, clean and has comportable bed. It has kitchen too with basic cookware you need. The property looks new or maybe just really well-maintained. The staff (probably the owner) is friendly and kind too. Everything about this property is above my expectation. I even enjoy just staying in the room and balcony when its raining.
