I stayed with my family and a 4 year old. It was absolutely fantastic. Staff was on point very gentle and professional always smiling. From security to front staff to everyone who works there. The hotel was spotless. Lovely clean pools. Life guards always at hand. Breakfast was in abundance. Always lots to choose from. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone and family and friends. The room was hugh. Very spacious. Quite private. Everything worked in our room. Very hot water beatiful pressure. Bath and shower. Was very much nothing to fault about. A shuttle service from hotel to medina....every two hours. I will be back...when time permisses.

The hotel is situated in lush gardens with a beautiful pool area. The building is lovely and room spacious and well appointed. Room was cleaned to a high standard daily. Staff are welcoming and polite. Breakfast well presented and tasty. Shuttle to centre appreciated and always on time. An enjoyable stay.

Overall, everything was good during our stay. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, I do feel that the rooms could use an update. In particular, the bathroom faucets are in poor condition and look outdated, which really detracts from the overall appearance of the room.

Not worth the price. The hotel boasts a large pool area and a "palace"- like build, but it is extremely outdated, and the staff doesn't seem to care. Does not have basic amenities like an iron available. I requested it for 3 days straight and multiple times, but the front desk always responded the same way: they would look into it and bring one. However, it never came. The buffet at the restaurant is disappointing and not worth the price. While there, I saw many guests complain about their rooms, and the staff did very little to fix the issues. The staff was not friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to any traveler, as there are many better options in Marrakech for better value.

Very nice property with beautiful gardens and large outdoor swimming pool. Free shuttle to Jema-al-Fna Square. The staff were all excellent and very friendly. The only negative for me was that my room was on the side of the hotel where there was music coming from a nightclub in a neighbouring property late at night. Also they could do with some soft pillows. But I would happily stay there again.

Air condition could be better. Room temperature was about 23-25 degrees. We couldn’t het temperature lower. Same problem was our friends room. Even The mechanic couldn’t get The room cooler. Anyway we slept fine because room humidity was very low. Pool area is superb! Room pillows are very big and sleeping might be a problem for some people. Room condition could be better.

Hôtel un peu excentre du centre ville mais de tout repos. Chambre spacieuse , grande piscine . Le personnel est très gentil , Kawtar et Ayoub à la réception sont très sympas . Plusieurs espaces pour se détendre avec un fond musical . J’ai surtout apprécié le calme qui y régnait .

Our overall stay was OK but there are some stuff that new travellers need to know 1. If you are not all inclusive you are treated differently. 2. People are reserving chairs at the pool in the morning and only showing up at the end of the day. 3. The dinner buffet is 40 Euros/per and you have the extra for a glass of water. 4. The inside bartender can be very rude to non all inclusive members

Unfriendly staff at reception during check in, actually quite rude. Kept asking for Iron for two days but it wasn’t provided. They kept saying that all irons are occupied with other guests. Last night AC stopped working and it took them almost one hour to shift us to another room - where internet was v v weak - almost not working. Earlier room # 268 Last night room # 146 or 147

Notre séjour au Kenzi Menara Palace était super ! Très bon accueil, le personnel est au petit soin, très gentil. L’hôtel est spacieux et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est varié. L‘extérieur est magnifique et la piscine est grande. Nous y retournons sans hésiter. Merci à Mehdi et Mouad, les deux coachs, pour votre sympathie, à bientôt !
