Very nice hotel

I booked a room for my sister for 2 nights for her wedding. I personally went to the hotel to arrange their stay as a newly married couple. The first impression was disappointing: the reception desk was unattended, and I had to wait 10–15 minutes before anyone showed up. When I went to see the room, I won’t comment on the size (which is indeed small), but what really stood out was the attitude of the staff member who showed it to me—she was rude and dismissive. I asked about upgrading the room and decorating it for the newlyweds, but she bluntly said, “We don’t do that.” Fortunately, the receptionist was more polite and offered a decoration service. I requested they also add water and a plate of fruit (and I was willing to pay extra), but they simply ignored that request. My sister and her husband were equally dissatisfied. At one point, they ordered food from outside, and the security guard refused to let the delivery person bring it to the room. The groom had to go down himself to collect it. Overall, this is a “hotel” in name only. The service is poor, attention to guests is lacking, and staff courtesy is inconsistent. I would not recommend staying here unless your only other option is sleeping on the street.

Our experience at the Relax hotel of Oujda was as always, the Relax staff always exceeded our expectations, from the moments we enter in the hotel the reception staff greet us with a big and welcoming smile, you can percibe the peace and well relationships between the staffs and the hotel administrators, keep it up and we will continue coming back.

The hotel is welcoming , clean all the time, restaurant offers a grand variety of plates in the menu, all employees from the administrators to all the hotel are very professional at their jobs and put their guests as a priority… it is a pleasure to keep coming back to the Relax hotel of Oujda.

Everything went great the hotel is out favorite hotel in Oujda, is the only one that you can feel like home staff is always professional and very friendly receiving you at the check in to the check out , Aya at the reception desk she is always treat us with respect and great us with a big smile, sabbath is always nice and welcoming in general all staff and administrators are the best in all hotels we had ever stayed at. Keep being like this and we will coming back .

Very unfriendly staff, they requested additional money for city taxes which i’ve already paid for ( scam attempt ) Room was dirty, beds are uncomfortable. Horrible experience overall.

The hotel is a great place to stay, staff is great , friendly and professional all the time , the hotel director is always on top of every need of the hotel guests, they offering to their guests the best they can offer, always clean and organized. I will keep coming back to this hotel. Very convenient for kids recreation, pool is clean and well maintained, outside the hotel you have access to the public transportation and taxis, shopping and kids recreation as well.

Relax hotel in Oujda, it is the best hotel in the area. As soon as you enter in the hotel they make you feel like home, the reception staff always give us a warm welcoming, the hotel director is always attentive to all guests needs, en general all of the hotel staff are amazing.

The Relax hotel of the oujda is a very welcoming and clean hotel, starting by the reception staff, the security, all staff are always welcoming the guests and ready to provide us with any help we need, the hotel Director is always out of his office checking around and making sure everyone is happy with their stay. The restaurant on-site is great, the chef work very hard to create tasting and well decorated dishes, the restaurant staff are wonderful as well, the relax hotel of Oujda is not just a hotel , it make you feel like home.

You feel like you are at home..the great stay starting with the greatest Mohammed, and the two young woman at the reception desk, and continue at the arrival to your room yiu can always find the best smiles of the service ladies, then continuing to the restaurant with Hanza and Hassan, and the others servers, the great food created by the hands of the wonderful cheff..they all try their best to pleased you..this is what make us keep coming back..thank 's again..see you guys soon..
