I like the service from reception staff and the 2 bedroom property we stayed, clean, quite & easy to get taxi from outside the apartments. The only thing I wasn't happy with is blankets was not washed they were very smell. That's only thing needs to be improved 💯 😌. Every thing else i was very very happy with

Great place to stay away from all the traffic ! Only a 12 min Drive from Gueliz ! Very clean , comfortable ! Friendly staff Very happy with our room booked senior apt , it was referred By a family member , will be back next time We visit !

The receptionist was professional and quick with my check-in, but the room had a terrible smell. The towels had lost their softness due to overuse, making them harsh and unusable. The bed sheets were stained with what seemed to be yellow saliva marks, and the mattress was covered only by a loose sheet. The worst part was when a staff member knocked on the door, insisting on doing an inventory of the kitchen utensils, which included four cups, two dishes, and a kettle. I refused and told him I wasn’t using any of the provided items. During check-out, the morning receptionist asked me to wait while they counted the dishes and cups. A woman quickly went to the room to do the inventory. My wife told her that if they cared about the hotel, they should clean the dust under the beds and replace the pillows and mattress immediately. Overall, it was a very bad place to stay.

The staff were nice and very helpful. Hotel location was good and had store within 1 minutes walk from the hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Room had kitchen and we were able to prepare our own meal. Had a comfortable stay.

The hotel is nice, but I didn’t get to use the internet, I approached the receptionist on duty on the 6th of May 2024, in the afternoon complaining about the bad internet , because I had to come downstairs at the reception to be able to connect with the network, his response was rude and uncalled for, he told me there is nothing he can do that I can sit down at the reception for how long I want.

Worst check in ever. Waiting over two hours after 3 pm for check in. No apology we were told to be patient I asked for some tea for my elderly parents who were waiting they said go to the restaurant and get it. Horrible !

Stayed in the studio apartment at Wazo. Room has a small kitchen with the basics. It was nice to have a frig and microwave (small stovetop is there too). Check in was easy. Room was cleaned daily. There’s a play area and pool on premises. Taxi drivers were usually outside for when I needed to get around city. I would stay again. Booked and paid through Expedia.

It’s not a luxury hotel, so don’t expect opulence and razzmatazz but it’s indeed lovely and clean. Amazing staff like Jalal, Hannah and others. Most of the front desk speak English. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a kids area and extra cribs, it’s in a clean and beautiful environment. Very close to a mall, there is bruschetta restaurant across the road, there is a shuttle that goes to the Mohamed V boulevard everyday at regular intervals. The pictures are exactly what you get; I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants value for the money.
