Hotel ground floor entrance was not particularly inviting or inspiring, it is down an alleyway which was not illuminated at night and there was a lot of building work going on. That said, the hotel itself, which is on the 7th and 8th floor of the building, was much more inviting. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Overall, would definitely stay again.

Small room, good view...until they finish the building next door. Air conditioning didn't work, staff not very helpful and I suspect they knew: I had to insist to get someone to look at the settings, when someone from maintenance said it was not working indeed. Even with two fans, the room was hotter than the car park. Locals don't have a good opinion of the hotel, here is why.

Experience - Construction work next to Amadi Panorama meant that we were woken up very early in the mornings from the extremely loud noises. We asked for another room facing the city instead because of this issue and were initially told that we could only to be denied later after wasting time waiting around for the check-in time. Bathrobes were missing from our rooms and when asked for were told they would be sent to our rooms - no such luck there either. The front desk staff are polite but unfriendly and the owner/manager makes sure his presence of intimidation is observed. Luckily it was only a 2 night stay - but without the rest and no peace/quiet. The positive - clean. Conclusion - Not fit for a business trip if phone calls/online meetings want to be made from room and not fit for a quick leisurely trip if you want to sleep past 7am.

The hotel was horrible. Full of cobwebs and dirt. The walls were all scratched up and damaged. The advertisement claims a see view however that is not the case. It’s also hard to find as the building shown on the picture not it, it’s connected to that. Avoid at all cost

When i checked in obviously the person on the reception has to clear all the formalities for check in. He gave us the false information and taken the deposit of 82 Euros which he told we will get on check out and now today when i was checking out, the other person on the reception refused to give it back because he said you got the wrong information and i will give you back on 35 Euros like seriously? Very disappointed service as i was having high expectations from this hotel.. Terrible experience and never gonna come back to this hotel.

After a terrible day of travelling we arrived at the hotel to be subject to terrible customer service. My son had booked through a 3rd party booking agent who had requested a single room instead of a double. The hotel receptionist offered NO help at all to get this sorted, telling us they were full and couldn’t offer another room. After no help to get this sorted, I ended up booking a junior suite which was miraculously available, despite being told they were full up. Escalated to the manager but again no support - it’s not their problem. Sullied the stay. Won’t return and won’t recommend.
