Really friendly, great room design, just great hotel.

Good beds and clean

This was the first time i have stayed at this hotel.All the staff were very help full form the moment you arrived, restaurant and food were excellent. The room were excellent clean lots of towels and tea coffees.the only down fall was the bed with 2 single mattress were when this is the care a Double sheet would be good .the only reason for this is the mattress slips off .apart form.that my stay was amazing.

Rooms are not too bad, service is absent and the breakfast is cold and of a bad quality

Our stay was 9 days. Property was clean. Room was uncomfortably cold—about 62 degrees F most of our stay. I questioned several staff who said they would send someone to look at it but when I mentioned the issue to front desk staff, the said “yeah, the heat has been out in the entire complex for over a week. That’s why we have heaters on our desk!” Staff were a mix of hospitable and cranky. Main issue was upon leaving we were told we could settle our closing bill and if no one was at the front desk at 0500, just call and someone would come. I called 3 times no one came. I left the room key and asked for a copy of the final bill. Never got it. The bill that showed up on my credit card was $927 US when I was expecting something more like $60 for incidental charges. Tried to reach the hotel. No response in over a week. Contacted Expedia and after 5 day still no resolution.

Staff we're so abrupt and not friendly at all. The rooms where ok, but being left cleaning goods left and papers, rubbish and socks left from previous people . So disappointed in this place this time

Quite far from restaurants / shopping. Pretty soulless place.

I like the size of the room and everything was nice and clean and tidy

I enjoyed my stay at hotel fletcher in oss, they provide great quality with an affordable price. I had a great time there and the old man at the reception was very nice.

Very clean, well equipped, comfortable. Excellent value

The staff were friendly and helpful. Only one thing to complain about, is that new covid rules had changed the previous day and I was not informed that the restaurant was closing early and I missed the deadline. Fortunately I could order room service. This service was excellent and the food was also excellent.

Very nice and tidy installation

The hotel was good, with spacious rooms but Not perfectly clean, Unfortunately. Breakfast was amazing and the gym was really equipped. They have also spacious parking.

Hotel in general is clean, they make up bed but more just tidying up, they did not change the sheet until 3-4 days. They charge additional city tax which is not mentioned when book it via hotel.com

The hotel was very clean , spacious, friendly. The downside was twin beds not double . The room was as it appeared in the picture s. Breakfast was a good choice and fresh- we didn’t eat dinner but looked like it would be value and good quality. The bar was very friendly a agood atmosphere Just before check out My partner had a small accident and were allowed with no problem to stay longer in the room without pressure to leave until able. Only Downside not close by towns . But in a car was okay- and apparently a 20 minute walk to the nearest town which we did not visit Definitely recommend the hotel

The Hotel is very pleasant and has air conditioning which was really appreciated. there is a fantastic Gym and great restaurant. breakfast was really good. the only down side was the facilities in the local area. It is quite isolated so no places to eat or drink nearby. if, you just need a decent hotel to stay for a night this is ideal.

Ok stay overall. However, for the price of the hotel the staff could have been a lot more service minded: The thermostat was very difficult to operate., so the room was very cold. It turned out that many customers had problems with this, so the staff could have explained it better. The service in the restaurant in the evening was very slow. We waited for more than 1.5 h because they had 'a mistake in their system'. Then we were wrongfully charged for the meals of 3 other people, and we were told they would reimburse this on the charge for the rooms. Later they called my room saying I had to come down (even though I was on my way to bed) to get the money back on my card from the restaurant otherwise their till wouldn't match. We also got no token or anything to compensate for all the mistakes. Also - the pool on the images is not available for guests! And the wellness center is 20 min drive. There is supposedly saunas though. The area is not that interesting and next time I will stay in The Weverij in the city center that is cheaper, better service and in the city centre.
