Older property but well maintained and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent as was the service. Less than one block to the tram so very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

I don’t understand some of the negative reviews, we have just come back from a memorable trip, staying at the Hampton by Hilton, Amsterdam.
The location is very convenient for Amsterdam Central, tram stop opposite and five minute journey to Centraal Station.
Surprisingly easy to get to from Schipol.
Evening meal options were a bit limited but breakfast was excellent.
Staff were always courteous, friendly and helpful. Shout out to Milan, a wealth of helpful local knowledge.
Would happily stay here if visiting Amsterdam again

Nice hotel and friendly and helpful fornt desk employees. It was easy to take the tram to central Amsterdaml City Cental and return. The Hamton Inn hotel had a good bearkfast.

Second stay at this hotel. Staff Friendly and helpful. Great breakfast on offer but there was more of a selection on our last stay. Room clean and comfortable. Great location. This hotel is only 3 stops on the tram from central station . Will definitely go back.

Fantastic staff, rooms comfy with bottle of water replaced daily. Breakfast excellent so much choice from smoothies, yogurts, waffles, pastries, and cooked foods.
Pizzas cooked in the evening and a well stocked bar with nibbles & drinks.
Although 3 tram stops away from central station was easy to negotiate with the gvb travel card bought in the UK.
Very knowledgeable staff especially Karolina who helped with our travel queries and lovely lady who assisted with breakfast Marchui each day.

Lovely place and lovely staff. We stayed in Zwanenburg the first time we came to amsterdam and felt so unsafe. This hotel doesn’t even compare it’s so much better. Feels very safe, excellent staff, very clean and very convenient to get to the centre on the tram. Definitely recommend will definitely be coming back ! 😊

Our first stay at a Hampton by Hilton but we were impressed with the staff ( both the reception and breakfast staff were lovely without a single exception) and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
I am normally too hot under a hotel duvet but both the bed and the duvet were very pleasant so obviously well thought out. Will definitely be seeking them out in other locations in the future as much cheaper than Airbnb now and rooms serviced every day! Excellent value for money.

No room service, no mini fridge. I tried to extend my stay by one night and I did so through hotels.com but then they were going to make me move rooms anyway b/c even though I booked the same room, mine wasn't available for some reason.
