Charming boutique hotel that is very well situated in the Museum Quarter. However, it is not ideal for older or physically disabled people. Steps up to front door are high. Indoor staircase is very steep. There is an elevator that is so tiny, it took 3 trips to get luggage up to our room. Must step up from bedroom floor into bathroom which is tripping hazard. Coffee machine and demitasse caps provided along with teabags, but no regular sized cups. The optional breakfast is €17.50 but offers very little and is definitely not worth it, especially when there’s a great brakfast/lunch place around the corner. Also, the central location means that it can get very noisy at night. Three nights was long enough for us.

we had a sweet little room on the main floor but we were VERY thankful that we were not assigned to a room on the second or third floor because there was a killer staircase to deal with.

Reservation for 4 nights. The room was on the 2nd floor facing the street. Very nice view of children's park and lots of trees. Quiet during the week. The breakfast was great- lots of options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. The Museumplein station, Van Gogh museum, Stedelijk Museum and both Blushing (great for breakfast & lunch) and The Burger Room (fantastic burgers) were within a 3 minute walk. The room was very large and comfortable and there was a coffee maker and kettle in the room with coffee pods & tea. Stairs to get into hotel, but an elevator once inside. Highly recommend.

This was a great hotel i a perfect location cloae to many attractions and shopping. The staff at front desk, also in the kitchen were truly great. The hotel is a old boutique hotel, so rooms are small and not air-conditioned, but this is part of the charm. There are steep stairs, a small lift tonhelp with luggage. Overall i would recommend for anyone.

Very nice, clean and cute hotel. Right across from the Van Gogh museum, a huge park and the tram to Central Amsterdam. The staff was very kind and helpful and I loved that you can rent a bike for the day from the Hotel.
