Very friendly and polite staff, check in was very easy. Loads of lifts but sometimes you have to wait awhile because it seems that only 2 operate at the same time but wasn't too much of an issue. Room was very clean and tidy with good amenities

Nice property, very helpful staff, easy to access public transit, limited amenities- only shampoo/soap. Must request towel and maid service. Coffee makers over pour beware! 45 minutes to Touristy areas between walking, changing buses, walking.. but easy to manage if you have the time and knees.

Honestly could’ve been better. For the price I paid and how far it was from the city center, I expected at least a more spacious room with a fridge and more amenities. There wasn’t even a closet or any view like I had thought. Also the bathroom smelled weird and there were two socks under the bed that were neither mine or my fiancée’s 😭 Other than that the staff was helpful enough and the rooftop bar was cool! Luggage storage after checkout was also convenient.

An absolutely perfect base to explore Amsterdam from, literally a 2 minute walk to a tram stop that can drop you close to the centre. We really enjoyed our stay especially as it was so quiet and peaceful, the hotel breakfast was fantastic value for money and made even better by the views from the restaurant.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I was there for 7 days. I wanted to be outside of Amsterdam downtown and I was well-served! There was a tram almost in front of the hotel, which was convenient in both directions. It is a 10-minute walk to the metro. The breakfast was fantastic! And even more so at the top of the hotel. Beautiful views over Amsterdam. The staff was also extremely helpful and attentive.

Getting ice is inconvenient. Only available by going to the restaurant. Shuttle driver did nothing to help us load our luggage. Bistro has great views as it is on the 17th floor. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

I had a very pleasant stay in Amsterdam. The location was excellent, close to a tram line, making it easy to get around the city, while still being far enough out to enjoy some peace and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable, although a little on the small side and felt more like a 3-star standard rather than a higher-rated property. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience. Overall, a good stay with a great balance of convenience and tranquillity. We will be staying here if we visit the city again.

the check in system had something wrong when I came. It said I should pay 379 € but actually I’m already paid. The stuff was very kind here help me to check in finally but it takes me about 10 minutes and I’m so panic and embarrassed. I asked about compensation, but nothing I get except one postcard and two biscuit. They did not even give us one day free breakfast. I’m very disappointed.

Lovely hotel and only a 20 minute train ride into the city center. The station is across the street from the hotel. There's a cute petting zoo area outside of the hotel where a cat loves that we named Yan. Yan would say hello to us every day when we left or came back to the hotel. We would absolutely stay here again.
