Surprisingly, a hidden gem nearby Amsterdam. Just in front of Overamstel Metro Station makes it easy to travel around Amsterdam, and it's located only 4 metro stops to Central Station. Comfort room with modern amenities. And you should try the breakfast; a lot of fine selections and choices with very good tastes—I might say it's one of the best breakfasts compared with other visited hotels around west Europe! And Tina in the receptionist welcomed us with heart! Very recommended hotel with very good value of money.

Muy bonito aunque un poco lejos del centro ahí que caminar como 15 minutos para la parada del train hacia el centro pero no es complicado y muy seguro caminar a parte también puede coger el bus 78 que pasa muy cerca del hotel lo único es que en los días que estuvimos no fueron a limpiar y tuvimos que bajar a pedir toallas limpias xq tampoco las llevaron

Hotel was excellent. Location however is quite inconvenient. It's quite a walk to the nearest station and takes a while to get anywhere. No problem at all if you have a car or don't mind taking an Uber but public transport links are not well connected to it.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel. The level of service fell well below what I expected. The front desk assured me that my room would have a view, but that turned out to be untrue. On top of that, I repeatedly requested that the shower be repaired and that housekeeping service my room, yet both requests were ignored for two days. The food was overpriced and did not justify the cost. The air conditioning was also extremely limited and never kept the room at a comfortable temperature, making it difficult to relax or sleep. Overall, the poor customer service, lack of follow-through, and disappointing amenities made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel, and I would not stay here again.

The lobby is cramped so it can be very crowded when groups are checking in despite the best efforts of staff. The hotel is beginning to show signs of wear and tear of carpets and furnishings in the rooms (eg blinds and curtains are frayed or loose on runners). Breakfast is satisfactory with a wide range of items but staff do not ensure items are checked regularly and in need of replenishment.

The rooms were not very clean with stained towels and pillows as well as stains on the floor. Had to wait a long time to check in and check out with staff constantly having to check with other staff members. Was the least smooth front desk I have visited.
