Wonderful location next to the flower market, easy to walk everywhere we wanted to see. The breakfast was very good, the attached restaurant was ok for lunch. The staff was very helpful arranging transportation for our group of 4 couples. Our room had a fantastic view and thankfully the bells in the clock tower do not ring all night.

Perfect location, good A/C, lovely staff, nice rooms. The flower market itself is a pretty big tourist trap where every stall is the same but the location is very central and easy to travel anywhere in Amsterdam in about fifteen minutes and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and coffee shops. You're far enough away from the centraal station that it doesn't feel so chaotic. The rooms were lovely, we had three rooms and the clerk arranged them so we could be next to our children. There was noise from the street from late night libations but if you push enough buttons on the thermostat eventually the fan will run and drown out any noise. The hotel offers drink vouchers if you pass on room cleaning each day which suited us just fine. The hotel has bikes though we never used them. The only negative was the half shower glass that was impossible to not spill water on the bathroom floor. Each day the hotel puts out jars of candy in the lobby which were quite popular in my group. We took taxis to and from the airport and they could drop off and pick up nearby. If we were traveling without grandma we would have just taken public transport. I'd stay here again for sure. Make sure you book tickets for the Anne Frank House far in advance at it's really an incredible experience. Amsterdam is the best and this is a perfect home base while you're visiting.

We got upgraded to the mini suite which was nice and spacious. The hotel is in a perfect location right by the flower market. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was that our room was not ready at 3 pm check in time even though we got there quite early due to our overseas flight and were promised that it would be ready even earlier. They comped us a couple of drinks while we waited another hour

Good location in Rembrandtsplein (touristy/younger area, by a main shopping spot). Some grafiti outside but inside the property is very nice, staff is friendly and helpful. Cleaning is flexible, rooms are nice and come with plenty of hangers. Outlets next to beds, lots of space, nice bathrooms. Blackout curtains not complete but some of the better ones I’ve seen

Nice hotel, great location, staff was very helpful. I had a nice size, top floor room with 2 balconies, windows were noise proof, pretty quiet! Restaurant on the side ok, bar closed at 10 pm. Would stay again!

Everything was excellent. The location is great, the staff were friendly and helpf helpful. The only problem we had was a mixup with cleaning our room on the second day. The first day we put the no clean sign out on the door that was fine. The second day we took off the sign because we had had a problem with the shower and had used towels to clean it up. The shower was fixed promptly, but housekeeping never came to collect the wet towels and replace them.

Amazing location. This is why you stay here. Hotel is clean and quite nice. The front staff could be more helpful. My co-worker phoned down with a simple question and they referred her to download an app and inquire through that. The breakfast is not great, could be much better. But the overall stay was very positive. I would stay again when in central Amsterdam.

NH Flower Market was a wonder stay. Perfect area to soak in the local sites which are all within walking distance or short bike ride (which you can rent direct from the hotel in the lobby for €20). The room itself was cozy, beds were comfy, AC was great. Best part was the powerful rain shower. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was good. Location is excellent. Room way too warm for us Americans. They held our luggage when we arrived at 8:30 am while we explored the city and waited for the room to be done. Had a family room for 4 people and was huge. Would definitely stay at this location again.
