We stayed in one of the 2 story rooms - thank you Victoria for the upgrade!!! - it was AMAZING! This is the second time we’ve stayed here and the property has the best location from the train station and is once of the nicest you will find so a really located. Loved it!!

Hotel is in a fantastic location, especially because we were taking the train to and from the airport. The buffet was the usual... nothing exciting to speak of, especially for a higher class hotel. Everything was within walking distance.

Exceeded my expectations lovely large room, helpful staff & a good breakfast. There was some over selling of the room upgrade with frequent emails & at check in but otherwise good. We were travelling via train so its location was perfect & all attractions were easily accessible - we hired bikes which worked very well.

Don’t stay at this Hotel. I had to change my room it had a horrible smell. Second room had the same smell. It was coming from the bathroom toilet water.

We liked the location and the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. However, we had a couple of issues dealing with staff that we were not happy with, at all, and it soured our time in Amsterdam. At one point, the staff said we did not pay for our meal in their restaurant and charged it to the room when we had actually paid for after the meal. I had to take out my phone, bring up all my banking info to show them that we indeed did pay for our meal. When I did this, the staff member took my phone and went off with my phone for about 5-7 minutes to show her manager. I was very unhappy that the manager on duty, Agata, did not come out and speak with me directly about this and they had my phone with all my personal banking information exposed as they were reviewing it. It really upset us. Also, there was a miscommunication with the manager, Milton, when we checked in at midnight and my husband and I that our breakfasts were included with our stay. This was not the case and there was a total miscommunication with us about it. We had booked and paid for 4 days in this hotel. The staff also thought we went into their restaurant a couple of times and had breakfast and left and we did NO such thing!!! We only ate there once for dinner and paid for it immediately after we finished our meal. It was like the staff did not trust us and we had to prove that we only ate in the restaurant ONE time and paid for it. Would never book there again.
