The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are small, great for solo travellers. The lounge is wonderful with complementary water and coffee. The location is perfect as it is very close to the train station and lits of eateries and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Concierge was horrible. 4 guest was waiting in line to check in at 3pm. There was only one guest reception while others were talking inside the office which is behind the reception desk. When it was our time to check, we were told we have to wait another 15 minutes because the room was not ready but it was already past 3pm. When we got into our room there was chips beside the bed. It seems that room was not vacuum properly.

No ac we could detect. Needed window open to sleep. Street noise is very loud from drunks shouting and fighting. We were kept waiting 75 minutes past check in time for house keeping to have our room ready. No compensation offered except a water or a candy bar.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was clean and had plenty of space as well as a good hair dryer and coffee. The view from our room was great! Highly recommend this hotel. Only complaint is that there were no power outlets / plugs near the bed which was inconvenient when traveling with a CPAP machine.
