It was amazing. The food was great, staff were helpful and attractive, check-in was quick, lobby area was super clean, location was great (plus, bus to airport parked/waited for passengers in front of the hotel), room was spotless and comfy. Also special mention, this hotel seems to have good diversity and inclusive in its work environment, not sure if it is a Nordic thing, but very refreshing, considering I'm from Asia. Will definitely stay there again when I go to Bergen!

Staff was extremely cordial and helpful. They had no issues holding our luggage while we toured the city. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast spread was awesome and tasted just as good. Highly recommend it and would stay here again.

This hotel is sooo convient . The express bus leaves you outside the door. The breakfast is amazing - sets you up for the day. Everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Heated bathroom floors!!! So amazing! The beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of amenities and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty to choose from whether you wanted authentic Scandinavian food or simply juice and toast. The cost was less expensive than most hotels I priced in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. The restaurant was also very good. It’s pricey like most hotel restaurants. If you’re traveling to or from the airport the Flybus stops right outside the hotel so it’s very convenient. The hotel is located in historical brygge so there’s plenty of shopping and museums. A very walkable location. Highly recommend!!

We came off our ship early in the morning and were told our room would be available from 3pm which we expected but there was no leeway for an early check in. As it was raining we had to sit around for hours. I know it is policy but this hotel does get a lot of business off the cruise lines and should rethink how to cater for early arrivals. People would be willing to pay for an early checkin.
