Excellent Place ! Great!

No hot water 4 days!!!

Great staff and clean rooms

Updated the Marriott Hotel many many times in the past but I've never had this type of problem I was there for 4 days I never had hot water after requesting it twice they say they fixed it but it never turned on hot like I said it was unfellasurable experience before days taking cold showers. Being old a bad bones I needed the hot water to replenish my bodies aches and pains it was very uncomfortable for 4 days for me

Being of English Native It Was A Really Great Experience Staying In A Spanish Country and By Extension A Spanish Hotel. The Staff Made It Easy For Communication. They Were Very Accommodating And Welcoming. I’ll Definitely Recommend This Hotel. It’s In The Vicinity Of Everything, Food Place, Souvenir Shop, Minimart etc.

Breakfast menu was good. The staff overall was the highlight of the stay. The location was very central.

Everything was great! I enjoyed my stay. The staff was great, friendly and professional! The breakfast was good. I liked the omelette station. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. I will definitely stay again!

The staff provided exemplary customer service. The housekeeping staff kept the room clean at all times and the food & beverage staff were outstanding. Only wished breakfast offered more Panamanian style cuisine.

Property location is not for everyone, if you like to be among the localsl the true Panamanians this is the location for you walking distance to a lot of places. I wouldn’t totally call this a luxury hotel but it’s in good condition, clean and nice staff. Overall it’s a 8.5/10

I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here what you see in the pictures are what you will actually get breakfast was great too staff soo friendly and the pool is beautiful . When next i come back jm staying there so conveniently positioned as well close to everything.

We recently stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott Panama City and came away genuinely impressed. We had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful young lady by the name of Yaney. She was not only great at her job but had such a lovely manner about her. She went above and beyond with a warmth and professionalism that you don't always find, and she genuinely made our experience special. The rest of the staff were equally impressive. Everyone was always polite and made a point to acknowledge us — whether it was a friendly greeting in the lobby, a smile at the elevator, or a quick check-in to see if we needed anything. It's those small, consistent touches that turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. The rooftop pool with its panoramic views of the Panama City skyline is a definite highlight, and the hotel's location in the financial district puts you within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and local attractions. If you're looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in Panama City with staff who truly care about your experience, the AC Hotel by Marriott is an excellent choice. And if you're lucky enough to be helped by Yaney, you're in very good hands.

Staff was super helpful and gave excellent suggestions of different things to see.
