AC Hotel by Marriott Panama City

Facilities are nice, but there was some confusion about the inclusion of breakfast. We had requested it be included at check-in and then after we had our first breakfast, we were told it wasn't included and had to pay a substantial amount for what amounted to a continental breakfast.

The room is a mess. Needs heavy cleaning and the AC needs maintenance

The staff was exceptional and the room was great. Best stay in my life. 100% recommended

I love the environment, hospitality, the staff, the food and drinks and the roof top, it was breath taking. I will surely visit again! Love you guys!

La habitación y el desayuno

The keys to my room had to be continuously reprogrammed for so e reason causing an inconvenience EVERY time to go back down to lobby to get them reprogrammed... It happened at least 10 times. On top of that, when asked about the jacuzzi on the top floor they simply acknowledged it was working, but I was there FOUR NIGHTS and I have trouble believing it couldn't get fixed in all time! Finally, I chose AC Hotels because of gay bloggers who CLAIMED AC Hotel was very inclusive, so I figured they'd be well versed with Panamanian gay cultural insight, or at least have some kind of identifiers on walls claiming they were inclusive of all, and never once did I see a disclaimer or even acknowledgement!! While the hotel manager did try to make it right by offering a hotel credit, the last thing I wanted to do was eat in their restaurant. :/

Estubo bueno, pero hay mejores... ejemplos: 4 personas y ponen 2 botellas con agua,2 cafe... la comida no es la mejor con el precio que tiene. sin embargo, las personas que trabajan en el hotel son super amables y amistosas

Leo at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, although a heads up that the waters aren’t free would have been nice

Stayed 5 nights they only cleaned my room once I had to ask them to come make up the room and get more towels very dissatisfied with the room service they need to step it up went to breakfast asked for three eggs over easy waited 10 mins finally I said something and they brought out two eggs well done kinda pissed me off expected much better service oh and the body wash soap was empty

The hotel is great, the room is clean and the rooftop pool is an added touch. Checkin was a breeze. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel restaurant has excellent food.

Rooms extremely cold, I had to ask each and every time for them to come and clean the room, the toilet was constantly getting stopped up and I had to use the bathroom on the S floor....

Really pleasant staff and a comfortable stay. The property isn’t the most exciting, but it’s dependable and the bed was super comfortable—which is exactly what I needed. Loved the central location and felt safe the entire time.
