This was my second time staying at Hotel Heidinger. The room was clean, and the view was awesome. The last time I stayed, I remember the bed was very comfortable. This time the mattress was very hard, and the pillows are hard, and your head doesn't sink down into the pillow like a normal pillow. The curtains in the room are also tattered and have holes in them.
This hotel has the potential to be four stars. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is better than I would expect. It's just that the bed, pillows, and curtains need a little attention.
I will definitely return.

Besides the location not being able to find transportation, specially at night, the lack of empathy is unbelievable, as a hospitality business and with no restaurant ( after breakfast), if you want to bring your own food and needed a spoon or fork or plate or glass they don’t provide it. after having a conversation with the nice staff they did it, but I was told management doesn’t allow it. That is an issue, because is you are in the hospitality industry then you need to be very helpful and helpful with your guests. otherwise we won’t come back to you. Thanks for the time and reading my message.

Muy limpio. Viajé sola y quería una habitación sola como de la foto, pero me dieron una con 3 camas. Es bonito y cómodo, el desayuno bueno. Necesita vereda para llegar, tuve que cargar mi maleta de rueditas 😜 Por lo demás todo bien.

Definitivamente las 3b, las habitaciones super lindas, las vistas desde las habitaciones hermosas, el personal super atento a todo momento, desde que ingrese al hotel en la recepción, hasta el servicio a la habitación. Las instalaciones comodas y lindas, y el desayuno muy bueno, lo super recomiendo!
