Very clean. Great and very helpful staff. Huge thank you to Jose (concierge) who had to run after us after we checked out to hand over my husband's headphones, which we left behind! This is so much appreciated! Great breakfast. Very comfortable room. Lovely rooftop heated pool.

Great location in a beautiful and safe area, with a lot of embassies around and a short walk to the path along the sea. About half an hour walk to Miraflores. Very clean and stylish place. Fantastic breakfast with a great variety of food. Lovely small heated pool on the rooftop. It was a bit noisy ( sounded like a buzzing noise from a generator) but when the music from the bar was playing you couldn't really hear the noise. Nice steam sauna and jacuzzi. Be aware that you have to book it in advance and you can only use it for 30 minutes. We loved our stay so much that we stayed here again on our way back from Machu Picchu. Brilliant value for money! I would definitely stay here again!

Una de las habitaciones más pequeñas que he visto, no funcionaba una lámpara, ofrecian café gratis pero sin ofrecer agua, el TV es antiguo por cable, el frigobar estaba vació. Durante el checkin olvidé mi documento de identidad pero no me dejaron registrarme a pesar de ya haber estado pagado a través de una agencia sin dar ninguna alternativa, el desayuno buffet es muy básico y el restaurante es tan pequeño que había cola para poder sentarse. Lo mejor de la estadia fue la cena en el restaurante que estaba buena y las bebidas de cortesía en el bar. El ambiente en hotel en general es sumamente ruidoso con bulla de musica alta

Hotel is in a good area, they don t have a ramp to carry up your luggage but the doorman or porter will help you out. The only “bad experience” was that I asked front desk for a plug converter, because THEIR iron would not fit in THEIR wall plugs, the front desk person said we ll send someone up but that someone never showed up. Other than that little issue it was all good. There is a mall in walking distance, 4-5 blocks away, an OXXO as well.
