Staff were really welcoming and accommodating. Our room was ready early which we were so thankful for after a very long and stressful travel day and night. The rooftop pool is really nice and a great place to relax. The beds are very firm but this seemed to be a trend at almost every hotel we stayed at in Peru.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was a bit disappointed. When I first checked into my room, I noticed yellow stains on the pillow, which was very off-putting and made me question the overall cleanliness. On top of that, the air conditioning wasn’t working when I arrived, which was frustrating given how hot it was.
That said, I do want to acknowledge that the hotel staff responded quickly when I reported the issue. A handyman came up and managed to fix the air conditioning within about 20 minutes, which I appreciated.
Overall, while the service was responsive, the initial room condition left a lot to be desired. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping standards moving forward.

Lovely hotel in between Lima and Miraflores (about 40 minute drive away from Lima's International Airport). Clean rooms and a wonderful rooftop pool heated to what felt like 90 degrees. The choice of a water/ pisco sour / lemonade was lovely as a welcome drink (and you could redeem it at any point during your stay). Good breakfast selection and you could order eggs or omelettes that they would make up fresh. We also ate a dinner here and it was a generous portion! We would definitely recommend this hotel!

I accidentally booked this hotel instead of the airport one with the same name. Happy accident! It was located with rooftop views of the beach. We hung out at the pool area and enjoyed the views and ambiance. Hotel staff was very accommodating when we checked in early and checked out later that night. We needed a place to stay between flights, and I’m glad we landed here. The staff recommended a great restaurant named Jose Antonio that was within walking distance. We really enjoyed our short visit. Would book again.
