I was very happy with the hotel. All the stuff are very helpful and kind..The only thing I suggest improvement is breakfast and also the use of the roof top. I wanted to just enjoy the view from the pool area arround 8 pm and I couldn't because since the pool is there, is not allowed to hang out in that area.

1.- I was extremely upset with the state of the bathroom. Firstly, I asked the cleaner to do the bathroom I explained to her I was unpacking in the room área. She has a very rude aptitud towards me. II explained the reasons and also she has the opportunity to cleaned the filthy bathroom, she never cleaned the bottom of the rifling bottles. She pushed my suitcase with her feet. As a welcome pack and only for one night they supplied two coffee capsules but they didn’t supply water at all I was told to buy it paid 10 soles for small bottle .I stayed four nights . Requested early breakfast 5am. The pack was very bad presented with squashed bread. Overall four star hotel discusted in hygenie bad manners ONly interested in making money. No customer service at al. I wouldn’t recommended.

Wifi not working at all, and for us, visiting the country and needed to connect with my roaming data, is a waste of money. I called many times to front desk and their solution was to reset my devices which obviously didn’t work. This was my last time staying in this hotel.
